Our carrier does an amazing job! Thank you Connie for all those long days to ensure that we get our mail.

It's easy to get in and out. Usually, there is no line. Friendly and helpful postal workers.

I have dealt with the employees in person in the branch and even spoken with the "manager" on occasion to try and find missing packages that never made it to them. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Some reviews say the manager is unkind, but I have found her to be straightforward and no nonsense with a good sense of humor. I always feel like everything that could be done has been done, including tricks they have learned to move the process along.
People also complain about the packages that Amazon dumps on the postal service not being delivered "according to the notes. " Well, it's a government office, folks. They have regulations they need to follow that don't include leaving their vehicle (that doesn't lock) and hiking. Amazon has drop sights that you can use instead of allowing Amazon to overstretch an already crowded system.
I have personally seen the mail delivered way into the dark hours. I have unstuck a postal van from the snow that knowingly didn't have chains but had to get people's packages delivered. These folks go above and beyond every day, not knowing if they deliver bills, junk mail, or life-saving perscriptions. So the next time you see your postal carrier, at least smile and wave.

Terrible manager. She told me “I’m not going to argue with you” then walked away from the counter when I asked her how I could get my mail that was misplaced in wrong mailbox. Never argued, never interrupted, just asked a simple question in a polite tone of voice, and felt I deserved an answer before leaving branch. Our mail carrier is excellent, she eventually was able to fix the issue herself, but this branch is run by a terrible manager who is not interested in helping customers or solving problems. Why come to work if you don’t plan on doing your job? Mistakes happen, that’s not the issue. Making the effort to make it right is what matters, and she doesn’t seem to be cut out for that responsibility.

They hold our mail and say they don’t we can a full week or more with out getting mail and our bills and than get the bills after they past due had that happen to our water bill one time where came and shut the water off. Rude and loves to argue with you. Plus we have lived here for 3yrs now and are getting mail for 4 other people that don’t live here have told them that multiple times and we still get the mail. How hard is to listen to the person that lives at the residence?

Incompetent and over priced. Very good at being slow and delivering your packages to the wrong homes.
