I like this p.o. Every time I have came here they have the supplies I need. I do wish the priority boxes were available after hours. The office needs a bit of an update but that hasn't interfered with the great service I recieved. Easy access to disabled parking. Friendly.

It’s well-closed before their actual closed hours. People return back to their cars cursing. Be open when your sign says so.

No access to P. O. Boxes. No hours posted. Staff needs a class on customer service. Lose mail constantly. Return to sender half the time and have to spend hours to get my clients to send the mail again AT MY COST.
WORST PO I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
Do not use this PO for anything.

I visited once, and it was a great experience! Usually USPS is a pain to deal with, but the guy helping me was really friendly and quick!

My grandma loves it, and overall, it functions well. However, there's a mysterious homeless man who paces the sidewalk nearby for over a year, which is strange and unsettling.

This is a great place to do your mailing from. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had a pleasant experience there.

Here we are again, it is nearly 7 pm and NO mail delivered yet. We started out the week getting mail close to noon, but it has been downhill since Monday. Today is Friday, and weather is finally dry, and warm, so that is not a problem. What IS problem with our postal service? They just can’t seem to get the mail out, but they sure can raise the price. What a joke!

I moved my PO Box to this location because of the 24 HR access. Now with the limited hours I can’t get there during the week because my work hours match the post office hours and I live in Happy Valley and work in SE Portland. Even 1 additional hour on either AM or PM would make it at least doable again.

The 10 minute parking is the reason I go here and not other post offices. It is easy to park right out front and get the task done quickly. Wait times are usually short

Love the self-service! I didn't know you could scan pre-paid mail labels. Easiest thing ever.

I live in an apartment building and every time I get a large delivery, they refuse to deliver it. They will send a notification that there's "an issue" with the delivery for days before they finally tell me to go to their warehouse to pick it up. Just tell me you're not going to deliver it the first time so I can get it. If I take the initiative to go pick it up on my own, they can't find it. Terrible customer service, Clackamas PO.

I’m still shocked that I even have to write this review. This post office has been a favorite of mine for YEARS and I had become very fond of the people here. HOWEVER, today has tainted that experience forever. I run a small business and drop off packages all the time. This time however was much busier than others so instead of dumping all my packages I politely informed Kelly that I had more coming. He then inquired about my items being online sales-I found this to be a bit odd and invasive but I answered. He then informed me I was not welcome to leave my packages here and either needed to schedule a pickup at my home (where packages are stolen frequently) or go to another location. I’m sorry, what? This is a post office. It’s entire purpose is being defeated by you sending away someone trying to drop off packages. Prepaid ones, might I add. Kelly-you we’re my favorite worker for the last 4 years and today you left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. Not only that-you embarrassed me in front of the entire post office making me feel stupid for trying to use this business for it’s intended purpose. I’d also like to add the last time I came in I was told (by another worker) I was welcome to drop off large amounts of packages out back.

Wow. Just wow. Kelly-I hope someone higher up on the food chain reads this and helps you understand how to have better handled this situation. The office you sent me to has no customer parking and is closed for another hour leaving me absolutely no option but to find ANOTHER post office and pray someone is kind enough to let me drop off my packages.
