United States Postal Service reviews
8I ship packages almost everyday mon-fri the personnel at this post office are all very friendly nice and helpful I have never had an issue with anyone while there. They understand the importance of getting my packages scanned and being provided a receipt and they always ask if I need additional help or packing supplies. I feel extremely lucky to have an amazing USPS office near me with wonderful helpful people.
I just had parked, was jogging to the door, with an envelope in hand, I knew I only had a minute left. I needed to ship a document and have been swarmed by last minute things all day. To my surprise I was greeted, speed walking around the corner, with an employee locking the door in my face. I stop and look at her, she says “we’re closed”. The clock had just turned over and was 5: 01pm. I couldn’t believe that she saw a customer running to the door and still proceeded to lock the door, right as I turned the corner. Real keepers. Word of advice, no way to keep any returning customers around. Why is everyone in such a hurry? I understand this is more of a me problem, but I definitely thought it wasn’t very nice. So heads up! Don’t think you’ll be able to have some slack cut for ya, they’ll close up shop just as the clock turns.
Great parking. Great customer service, with a smile. Lots of stamps to choose from. Packaging envelopes and cards. It does close early on Saturday but it's for security and safety. Post office boxes are around 97 for 6 months but well worth the safety and security of your mail.
I cant speak for the rest of the team. But the girl that works here with the tattoos on her arm is extremely disrespectful. Horrible attitude. Says this is just how I am ask any of my co workers. Unacceptable. I’m sure I’m not the first complaint. A very poor representation of usps.
I have tried mailing out the same package three times three different ways and it's still keeps coming back and the people at the post office keep telling me Oh we messed up but we'll ship it back out and we promise it'll get through and yet it still has not and now my mom has no way of contacting anyone because they won't deliver her phone
Absolutely infuriating that they lock the lobby when USPS website says it's open 24/7. You don't even have the open hours listed anywhere. I can't make it down here during business hours because I work in another town during business hours. If you're worried about transients, get cameras or use security officers - I dont pay $$ to have mail held hostage.
Even tho they have hours posted that they are open Saturdays, they are never open! Useless government workers!
Worst experience sending a package. Older lady with short hair put a totally different address than what had put on the box and almost got sent to an unknown address. Had to pay and to even take back my package from Claxter. Came back for a refund and they said they couldn’t give one since I didn’t have the physical package (had already sent it through ups). If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy who helped me with the refund package was cool though, wasn’t his fault.
