United States Postal Service, Madras OR

I just wanted to say the Madras post office is awesome! This is a crazy time of year and they work so hard to get everything delivered on time!

Made our first appointment for my husband and I to get out passports.never done the process before. The lady was very helpful and friendly.

Kind staff, very home town feel to our little post office. Thank you for all your hard work!

Never have had an issue here. I ship allot of things overseas and always fast in and out for me.

Laziest people ever! Lady driver leaves packages anywhere she feels. I have literally watched her toss the package out of her window so that she wouldn’t have to get out of her mail van. She leaves them on cars, in the middle of the driveway pretty much anywhere she pleases! The staff are not helpful at all! Have put in many complaints but never seems to get thru! Have had our sent out packages returned completely open with a letter (sorry we lost your package) and nothing was done about it! These people are ridiculous and defiantly do not take pride in there jobs

If I could rate no stars I would. They lost my $600 package and blocked my phone number from calling to resolve it. Useless waste of life. KYS

Never got my package today even though it said it was delivered at 6am this morning ugh. Their goes money wasted. Not happy let's see if I get my other packages today. I'll be calling today and Monday.
