Truly an excellent credit union. I was referred to Unitus by a trusted friend a few years ago and have not been disappointed by my decision to join. Always treated with respect and compassion. Great app that makes it simple to check my balances, transfer between accounts and deposit checks with a simple picture. I highly recommend Unitus Community Credit Union.

Excellent service from staff who truly care about the community. Especially the branch manager. I had an appointment at 9: 00 a.m with him. He called promptly at 8: 59. He truly went the extra mile to make this phone appointment as productive as possible. Very effective and precise. Highly recommend them.

Love this place. Have been a member for many years. If I ever have issues, I walk in and they help me out. They’ve helped me through all sorts of banking mishaps with good cheer and relevant information.

I worked with Ashkan after first signing up for an account online. He was helpful and setting up what to expect because I was planning on taking out a loan. After making an appointment for a loan, I worked with India, and she was great in helping me apply for the loan via appointment. I showed up a few minutes early, and was honestly leaving about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had plenty of time to go home and visit with the family and eat before going to work.

I know a lot of people complained about things that were out of Unitus' hands during their closing, but I appreciate the social distancing and shields inside. Thank you, Ashkan and India, for all of your help.

This Bank exports your personal information to the public and you can complain to the manager and they don't care even if you call corporate about it.
Each individual person work here they tell you wrong information is look like they don't have the right training or they do whatever they want! For ask then to practice there privacy polices they ask me if I want a special treatment!

Fairly new to Beaverton area. They are always welcoming when I go in to take money out of my credit union.

The manager at this branch, Ashkan Jafari, really took time to understand my unique situation and advised me accordingly. I love using Unitus as it feels so "home town" and personal.

I have been a member of Unitus since childhood. I started utilizing the Beaverton branch a few years ago and established great report with the people, especiially Ashkan. When Ashkan is not available, any other member of the team has been able to step in and help me with whatever I needed. Always friendly and smiling as well. Great branch, great people.

We recently had another pleasant experience at a Unitus branch (Beaverton in this instance), so I thought it was time to compliment them on their service. Unitus has been our primary financial institution for 30 years. They have been able to meet virtually all of our requirements, and have shown flexibility unlike banks that we have dealt with. They are always professional as well as friendly, which is a great combination. I would highly recommend joining.

I banked with Chase for 20 years and never had an issue with them. I decided to change to Unitus to support something more local and involved in the community. If I were to call Chase good, Unitus would be great. The lines of credit and loans are fair. The personal touch with bankers leave nothing to be desired at all-they are quick, friendly, efficient, and really listen to you. If I had known the difference between good and great, I would have made the switch sooner.

When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with Wells Fargo, my CPA suggested I switch to a credit union like Unitus. On her recommendation, I opened a checking account and gradually switched all my accounts to Unitus, including refinancing my house. The staff at Unitus are so friendly and helpful. I discovered how much difference it makes to be a member of a credit union where the profits go to serve the members rather than to enrich faceless corporations. I get great interest rates on my mortgage, auto loan, HELOC, and credit card that I have through Unitus. I have the convenience of online banking, including snap-check deposits, and I can use any ATM at another credit union or 7-11 store with no fee. Mostly, I feel good about supporting a business that really cares about people.

I have banked with Unitus over 40 years, always helpful, friendly, fast service. I will never bank anywhere else. Love this Credit Union.

Pleasant surprise! My experience with banks are mixed, but generally bad enough that I avoid going to them whenever I can. Unitus has done great for me. Staff are always professional and polite. I always enjoy chatting up while I do my banking.

Our household has relied on Unitus Community Credit Union for both personal and small business accounts over the last decade. We have appreciated the prompt response to questions and concerns; the online service as well as branch support; and the clear commitment to member satisfaction. We like to keep our money working in the local community, and that's just what Unitus has done.

This location is best out of their locations throughout the Portland Metro area. One reason the branch manager takes the time to listen to members, acts accordingly to UCCU rules or policy but also without forgetting the members needs. The employees are friendly dedicated, reasonable and helpful. When employees from this location go to another location is easy to spot them. They always shine. If I needed to hire someone for my customer service they would be the first that come to my mind.

If you're looking for any kind of Small Business Loans, DO NOT BOTHER. I thought a credit union would be the way to go. But after being jerked around for 3 weeks by a number of people through email (never a phone call, never a personal meeting), was given the most insulting offer I've ever seen. I was expecting a not-so-great offer, but it wasn't even plausible. For a LOCAL credit union to have people calling me from San Diego, Connecticut and Salt Lake, asking for information and never even wanting to understand what it is you're offering is as impersonal as you can get. Definitely left a bad first impression. I've gotten better service from those BIG BAD BANKS people always tell you to stay away from. Thanks for wasting my time and running multiple credit inquiries that was all for nothing.

We own a small construction business and it was hard to keep a cashflow. We came to Unitus out of curiosity and tried it. We are so happy we made the switch. Here we get our deposits available within 24 or less and are able to pay for materials and keep our small business growing. If you are a small business come here and you will see the difference.
