Upper Cuts Salon ( Now A Classic Touch in Roseburg)

I love this place! Both Candace and Jessica are wonderful and go above and beyond to get the best results for their clients. The Salon itself is always very friendly, clean, and professional. The whole family goes to Upper Cuts for all hair services and waxing too! Highly recommended if you are looking for a new Salon.

I have been going to Upper Cuts since they opened, Candace does a great job, not only with hair, but beard trims too. And I am picky with who touches or trims my beard, after growing it out for the last 7 years, and having had it butchered by the local barber in downtown Sutherlin, which I will never go to again. She has always done a great job on my hair, she listens to how I want it, and does great on my beard, and shapes it the way I like. I would highly recommend her to take care of your hair and or beard. I call, set up a time, and she has always been ready when I get there, no wait like the other barber, and the, so called walk in place who didn't do that great either. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the shop, inside and out, and the location is easy to find, and parking is very good.

Had an appt.with Candice. Knew kind of what I wanted, but she was able to use her knowledge and help me create the beautiful hair you see in my pictures. It was such a clean, welcoming atmosphere and I will definitely be a returning client.

I was in need of a haircut today and didn’t know where to go. I happened to drive by there and saw there was a hair salon I had not seen before. I asked if she could cut my hair, she said come back in an hour and she would have time. Her name is Shelby and she did a great job! I am so happy to have found her.
