3My wife and I hired Rob to do a home inspection of our 1950’s SE Portland home. We are not selling it, and have no plans of ever selling it, but just wanted to plan for any immediate and future home maintenance and repair needs. Rob is fantastic. He found things we need to address immediately, and others we can postpone, that we had no idea about. He is very thorough and detailed in both his documentation provided and his explanation of those documented findings. His explanations and patience with his unaware clients are exemplary. He presents his technical information in layman’s terms. We have no reservations about hiring Rob again.
