Urgent Care Kaiser Permanente Beaverton

I was in a fair amount of pain, and everyone was very kind and considerate, and told me they hoped I would feel better, from the receptionist at Beaverton, to the triage nurse, to the lab techs (one even returned my wallet to me that had fallen out of my backpack in the lab bathroom) to Dr. Elyea, to the imaging tech Matt at Hillsboro and the receptionist. This was a trying day, but I got a diagnosis and meds within 4 hours, and feel like I will be on the mend soon. The care of the whole team made me feel better.

Overall great, friendly and professional service.
Will be better if the Doctors Ware the gloves.when interacting with patients, specially with little kids

I saw Dr. Shaw for my anxiety, and insomnia. She is an amazing Doctor.
She listened to my ongoing emotional concerns and prescribed medication to help with my condition.
Holly the admitting Nurse was also very supportive.

Dr. Simon and nurse Alicia from regent caredid a great job taking care of my father for his right knee. Both with great help. Very very happy with appointment and the treatment and all the explanations.
Also the pharmacist Dr.penny j, did a great job for filling the rx and even helping for my father insurance verification. Very expert and cheesy people:)

The entire staff is so kind and patient. My spouse fell in this crazy ice and, despite all the external craziness, everyone treated my spouse respectfully and with the utmost care.

Whenever we seek urgent or emergency care, we do our best to manage expectations and understand that providers are experiencing the same thing patients are - from the ice to power outages - and many providers/staff likely also have to call out. I also try to manage expectations around how medical care isn't always obvious and despite the internal sense of urgency I feel, I must understand that someone else may be more urgent in terms of medical need.

Yet, everyone at this urgent care has done a great job of triaging, communication, and kindness. We love the times the cart with amenities comes by to help alleviate some of the stress even momentarily.

Excellent care by staff. They took care of me efficiently and was fast. Dr. Yang and staff at Beaverton are the best!

The entire staff is top notch. The MAs, LPs, RNs, and providers could not be more patient, helpful, kind or competent. They took care of my son’s broken clavicle quickly and sent us on our way with a care plan!

I checked in and sat down in the waiting area, a manager came around and brought us waters and gave us an update on our wait time! What a wonderful experience! Please continue to offer this. Thank you

The doctor, nurses, and manager were very kind and thoughtful. They listened well, discussed options with me, kept me updated on wait times, and even passed out bottled water in the waiting areas. And my doctor printed me notes to give my employer without me even having to ask.

The first rule of triage in any urgent / emergent care facility is to lay eyes on your patients to make sure they’re not decompensating in the lobby. 3 hours in & we still have not been pulled in for triage and vitals. At least today there was no one updating us on wait times or wandering with a snack cart as other reviews have reported. There was no communication whatsoever. Will be leaving without being seen to check in elsewhere, what an unfortunate waste of time.

Unfortunately I had a dental issue on a holiday weekend - they were so great to get me in right away. Everyone was so nice, and great to work on short notice. They said I needed 2 root canals - offered to do one. I mentally was not prepare, and opted to schedule it. Yes I was that person that did not do what they recommended. Just needed more time to process it all. This team was amazing though! Now I wish I had let them take care of one of the root canals. Thanks for being there for me!

Over 4.5 hour wait every single time we come here. Plus, they close early. Came in at 3pm and was told it was a 4.5 hour wait, meaning they would have been closed by the time it was our turn.

My son was able to be seen quickly and there was great communication throughout the process. I observed the department manager walking through the waiting area offering beverages and updates on wait times to each patient. What a great idea!

I came to see a Dr.the wait time was going to be over three hrs and I only knew this because of a staff member who was going around letting people know. He gave the option that I could wait it in the car or go home and I’d receive a call when it was time to be seen. He was very accommodating offering patient drinks and snacks and provided my daughter a fidget toy and coloring book. I enjoyed the overall care that the staff provides to their patient and their families.

If you need help, don't go here. They'll just listen to your heart and tell you you're fine even though I had a panic attack and the symptoms aren't going away. Oh, then they tell me to come back, take my blood, then send me home without explaining anything about the report. The front desk people are very sweet though. The doctor? Ha! They just gave me an assistant who knew nothing, my fiancée is becoming a CNA and they know more then that idiot

Dr. Yang took wonderful care of me at this Kaiser urgent care location. She was immensely kind and compassionate during my visit. I felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend this urgent care to all.

On my first visit this month they found me a nurse available to attend me not a doctor and this time there’s is no doctor available for me like the last time.

While I was waiting Matt came up with his cart and offered me a bottle of water! I thought that was so nice because I had to wait for 2 hours. Thanks to Matt he deserves recognition! Thank you so much. I really appreciate it very much!

I had a great visit, didn’t wait long, my LPN Marie and Dr. Moon were both very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. My issue was resolved quickly!

Everyone was so kind. They understood I needed to be home for my kids and expedited my service. Doctor was very competent, positive, and clearly explained everything and asked if I had questions. Pharmacy was also a quick turnaround. Great experience!
