Urgent Care Kaiser Permanente North Lancaster reviews
20This is the worst urgent care. Was told 1.5 hours, it's been 5 hours. With atleast another hour. They said it has been emergencies. Your voice mail says if this is an emergency hang up and call 911. Go to the hospital or at most communicate and let us know we are being passed on due to emergencies. You have the technology. I'm still for a text.
Dr. Tonnies was phenomenal. She listened carefully, addressed concerns, and sent me for further tests at Salem Hospital. I wasn’t overly concerned because she was attentive. She’s an excellent Physician.
I can't say enough good things about DR Kari Wattenbarger. She is so to the point and always on the mark.
Went in for ulcer that is bothering me the Dr. That seen me did all the tests I asked for and was understanding. She gave me results same day so I know there's nothing to worry about. Ordered prescription.
The staff are so nice and helpful, wait time was very long but I appreciated them letting us leave and come back when notified that our time was getting near. The doctor was also nice and so patient with my 5 year old and made the wait worth it. Thank you for the peace of mind today.
Great experience. One of the nurses, Lenae was awesome. She walked around the UC lobby with a cart with snacks and comfort items. This was very handy because it kept my young kids calm and busy while we waited. Dr. Hager was awesome as well, he knows how to work well with kids and makes them feel comfortable. Overall, fantastic experience
Dr. Waterman was wonderful with my teen. The imaging team was great. Andrea did a fantastic job teaching my son how to use crutches. Great experience start to finish.
Doctor Waterman and Nurse Marisol were so kind to me when I was in so much pain. They took excellent care of me and I could not have asked for a better team!
Went above and beyond to make patients comfortable, offered water and communicated on wait times.
There was a long wait. From what my Doctor said, they were short 2 Doctors today. When I got in finally, they took great care of me. The Doctor was great. She listened to me and then explained what the options were in great detail.
Dr. Suzanne Deschamps was really nice & thorough. 5*'s
Accommodated my hearing problem. Thank you!
Lady at imaging on 1/6/23 in the afternoon had the worst condescending attitude. Don't go to this clinic if you can help it, especially if your BIPOC. Aside from having to wait 5 hours to see a Dr, they treat you poorly if you need interpretation. I only go here because of the insurance provided by my employer. My husband and I have been going here for 3 years and have never had an appointment with my actual provider, always someone new. Absolute worst clinic since I can remember; my dad was a cancer patient here when I was younger and it's still the same unwelcoming environment that I remember as a kid/teenager.
I had a long wait but it was very busy. The staff are excellent, everyone I came in contact with were very nice and personable. I received excellent care. Thank you
Dr Rex Baker was outstanding.
We really enjoyed his care and treating my son today. He was very careful, patient, courteous with us and we are thankful for his care.
The best care I have ever received had I was feeling bad high Shugar got a wheelchair for me and found me a room Dr Jon at N, Lancaster gave me extant care thank you all Ron W.
Yesterday, Feb. 4th, I was a patient at the North Lancaster Urgent Care Clinic in Salem, Oregon. Dr. Otis attended to me. Since subscribing to Kaiser Permanente Health Care for the last three years, I have been very impressed with the considerate care and timeliness of Kaiser. However, Dr. Otis was especially caring and listened to all my concerns. She was very thorough in addressing and ordering tests to rule out the issue of originating pain. I cannot say enough good words about Dr. Otis. Her bedside manner was gentle and compassionate. She was not able to give me the radiologist's results before I left because of the amount of patients BUT she called me last evening witht the results of the tests. Dr. Otis is incredible doctor and is a positive asset to Kaiser Permenente's health care system.
The waiting room time was a bit long. (90 Mins) The Exam, E-Ray and follow-up were excellent. (25 Mins)
Have you ever wanted to wait 3 hours for an “urgent” care? This is the best location for you. Understaffed must be an understatement because this is absolutely ridiculous.
When we arrived they were full and couldn’t see me, but the nurse and receptionist were so friendly and the nurse looked at my cut and advised me what to do. Then there was an opening and they got me right in and I was seen in a prompt manner. The doctor and medical assistant were excellent and efficient. I was very happy with the care I received!
Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful. Dr. Hayes was great. The woman in the lab who took my blood was great too. Also the "Pied Piper" guy who got my wrist brace was helpful. I'm new to K-P and thought you guys must have a decent training process because based on my limited non-representative sample, folk seemed to be enjoying helping patients. Even though it is a really big facility the helpfulness was outstanding. Thanks K-P. (Both the nurse and I forgot to have a pic taken of my thumb. Also getting the wrist brace I thought could have happened much faster. I ended up circling back after nurses left but Pied Piper guy (sorry no name known) got right on it after Jennifer at front desk helped me.)
