53 people standing inside with nothing to do and one customer to help. Wanted me to make an appointment to open up a bank account… what happened to the service we used to get. We will have to stop blaming Covid at some point.
Have had several bad experiences here. The employees have horrible communication, resulting in contradicting information from multiple people. There is one teller with amazing customer service, but almost every one else including the manager has an attitude problem. Absolutely rancid vibe and energy.
Drive through atm doesn’t work, doesn’t accept cash deposits. Hasn’t for months. Need to get your machines working properly.
My biggest beef is why aren't you open on Saturdays? You do know that some people have jobs and don't get off until later in the evening during the week day. I'm thinking I'm taking my money out of there and going someplace else?
They lock cards and put them as fraudulent without contacting you first and without seeing what was out of the ordinary and than will leave you hanging saying they can’t do anything for you
