They have excellent customer service. They also offer bilingual services, I usually visit during graveyard and they greet me with a smile

I go there on a daily. It's always been friendly The lady in the front the Tasha I believe her name is Great worker always polite The only English speaking person there. Apparently got fired I definitely won't be going there again there's no other English speaking people there The gas people besides Brian are all super lazy

Heard they fired one of the best ladies in customer service in all of Salem. Such a waste to go therenow because the service is horrible and slowly by slowly there taking out all the English speaking workers. Graveyard is the worst ALWAYS on their phones.

The lady in the mornings is nice but for the most part the people are rude and have no customer service what so ever, for these reasons I started going else where …

Fantastic Experience - even better Staff, specially Jassi. I go there on regular basis and I can say the gas price is way cheaper than all the other ones nearby. The staff is very sweet and polite and always willing to help and understand their clients needs. The food is also very delicious and as good as a 5-star hotel.
Will recommend it for sure. Keep it up guys!

Just love the service of this place. Actually i work late shifts and before my shift i get something to eat from this place. The staff is very good and always ready to help (specially a young guy jassi) his smile makes my day. I recommend everyone to visit this place for very good service at cheaper prices than others.

Hygienic and clean environment, Chicken is very delicious (must try), staff is also very polite especially the front desk cashier (Jass), well done guys keep it up.

I love going in in the mornings because the lady is always friendly and ALWAYS remembers what I want. I’ve come in during the night time and the service sucks, the guys are always on their phones talking to someone and don’t want to help customers. She’s definitely their best worker. If not for the lady in the morning, I wouldn't even come in anymore. Do better.

We have been coming to this gas station for a long time and we liked coming here but just recently they changed hands and everyone of the workers that work the night shift are rude and they don't know what they are doing they are constantly on the phone and they screw up at the pump alot that I've seen plus they ignore you they will walk passed you when you've been waiting for awhile already to get pumped.and they haven't just done this once it's Everytime.plus I got a horrible dirty look cause I wanted to get $5 in propane like it matters to him how much I get.thats your jobyou get paid for it.

The manager, natasha, was inappropriately rude to me without provocation.everyone else was kind, gas prices were low.i’m not sure why the manager herself was the one acting the most immature.

Went to buy two teas and the price literally said buy 2 for 3$ yet the cashier refused to sell them to me for that price and instead charged me 4$…. False advertisement is a crime.

Always great service but lately there’s been a night attendant with an attitude that always “forgets” to ask for receipt
