Christian help me out at the Milwaukee store. My first time in time in the store. Didn't give me any pressure, but was great help. Was very educated. And made it easy for me to make purchases. And even feel valuable. It was a good experience!

Christian provided me with great customer service and care. He welcomed me as soon as I entered and treated me with kindness and professionalism. Thank you Christian for being an awesome human being.

I have been going there, for two years. I have bought things, and mostly get a loan, the staff, has been real friendly to me, and they are very nice to you as a returning customer, sometimes they give me more then I expected. And I am very pleased, I have been to five different pawn shops, and U. S. A. PAWN, us the best. They have great layaways, and have a wide variety of items, your stuff is safe there. Amble parking. And I never waited more then 10 minutes, I would not recommend this place, if I did not think it was good, as a two year customer, they, the great staff, has treated me GREAT, give them a try, please. The store manager Christine is a blessing, she was kind, patient, attentive and well knowledged over the items from authenticity to worth, thanks so much.

Well. I'd like to start with a generalization and statement about "most" other pawn shops to put this review in perspective. Let us first state what is usually common when dealing with a pawn shop and its employee's in my and I have the feeling most others experiences - to put it mildly its usually a unpleasant, somewhat cold interaction, where you do not feel like you got a fair amount, whether its a loan or straight sale of said item (s) and in the end you walk away not much better then when you arrived. With that said I'd like to point out that this is the ONLY pawn shop in my many dealings with shops through out the years that none of the above hold true! Not only do they give you a fair price - by fair in my definition - I mean actually getting close to the amount the item is worth, unlike most other pawn shops (Example - they offered me double, yes double, the amount for a loan on a ring I was looking for that day in comparison to three other shops I took it to before hand, just to make sure) and as you continue to do business with them the loan amount only increases, insuring that you have incentive to return to their establishment. Cash incentive aside, I would return just for the customer service at this establishment - Erin and Jeff are worth noting by name in my opinion, although any of the employees will do but I'd like to point out those two due to the many positive interactions I've had with them recently and in the past. Both of them go above and beyond to make your experience there quick and painless, ensuring that you feel comfortable with the price, explaining clearly why it is priced that way and in general are pleasant people to interact with - most the time pawn shop edict is somewhat lacking but this cannot be said in this case. Any of the employees will do as mentioned, which is amazing but I wanted point out those two as they have always been helpful when I deal with their shop. If you want a fair price, if you want to deal with employees that have a heart and will make sure you get the most bang for your buck, this is the ONLY pawn shop worth frequenting. Do yourself a favor, don't even go to another shop, trust me, you wont find anything better out there and just save yourself the time, gas money and headache - they appreciate your business but you will appreciate theirs much, much more! I don't often write reviews but this one was a no brainer and finding a good shop is not always easy so I thought this was worth the time it took to explain why you should come here and only here. My fiancé and I stopped in on impulse as we passed through town. Jeff and Erin were working and they were SO NICE. I’ve been on the market for a sawzall and was checking out the amazing power tool selection when Jeff came over to help a power tool newbie. He ended up giving me some advice to help me narrow my options, then taught me how to insert and remove a blade, gave me some of his own personal blades, and hooked me up with a 6 month protection plan for my new sawzall.
While we shopped we chatted with Erin, who told us about other local shops we might like, and even wrote down business names and addresses for us, as well as some natural wonders she suggested we check out.
In addition to these amazing and friendly people, this place has tons of power tools, a collection of pristine guitars, some great electronics and the best jewelry selection I’ve seen at a pawnshop in a long time. Prices were fair and Jeff and Erin were super helpful, first in letting us know they test their merchandise, then by retesting at checkout. 10/10, Erin and Jeff are the Dream Team.

This store had an extremely friendly staff. I usually have a hard time talking to people in public because of my anxiety but Erin and, I believe his name was Jason (?) were both so friendly and calm that I hardly felt nervous at all. Plus I felt they gave me a great deal on what I was trying to sell! I will be coming here for all my pawn needs from now on!

Erin helped me and my partner pick out a ring. We drove from Hillsboro and it was worth the drive! She was so helpful and nice that we totally go back just to do business with her.

I like all the employees here.they’re always nice and treat you like family. Thank you Brandon for all your help.
