15Was even easier than having my kid turn on my phone for me.plus anything else that was on my old phone DAKOTA put on my new phone for me so when I walked out the door it was as if I never lost my old phone, even the same phone number but without the cracked screen.that shouldn't happen again since I also had him put on an Otterbox for me, lol.thank u again dakota
Arturo helped us today. We were switching from Verizon and have been with them for years. Arturo helped us tremendously and helped us more than Verizon had in the 6 years we were with Verizon. Fast, friendly, informative, and HONEST. Highly recommend Arturo at the S. 6th Street location.

I have to say, this was the best service and transfer of carriers that I have ever experienced. The young man that helped us today (Francisco) was excellent and very professional while being personable at the same time. The entire crew today was very attentive.
As always, the staff at US Celllular on S. 6th are friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome there - they help me understand things no matter what my questions are. Dakota did a fantastic job as I bought a new phone and transferred my old data. Francisco has always been just as helpful and friendly. They have a personal, yet professional, touch. I very much appreciate them!

This Cellular Store is amazing! Today David did a terrific job troubleshooting a problem we had with our phone. He kept working on it until the issue was resolved. About ten days ago I broke my phone. Dakota helped me file a claim as my phone was un-useable, making an otherwise stressful situation easier. I can't even count all the times Francisco has been there to help whether with purchasing new phones or working through an issue. All three of these gentlemen make you feel welcome and a priority. Thank you!
