Utopia Property Management- Bend/Redmond

Miranda made the move-in and key exchange process very easy. She was prompt, professional and helped everything go smoothly.

This is the worst property management I have ever experienced. I am almost 60 years old and have had my share of apartment rentals throughout my life.we rented for a year in between selling our home in Portland and buying a house here in Central Oregon.they slapped an evictions notice on our door about a week after we moved in, due to nonpayment without contacting us or even knocking on the door.they were changing websites and didn't log in our payments of over $4K (1st month rent and deposit). If you stop and think about it, why would they have even given us the keys if we didn't pay? Then when our faucet was leaking they sent an incompetent plumber who didn't fix it, who had to come out again - inconvenient when you have a pet and have to either take time off work and/or board your dog.also lack of response and wrong information when they replaced the roof on the apartment.now that we have moved out, they are withholding our deposit based on some serious typos in their move out documents, which are barely readable due to inaccuracies. I would not recommend renting from these incompetents.

This was our first time renting from utopia property management or any property management company, but they have been awesome. Miranda was amazing with helping us with paperwork and a delight to work with.

I really appreciate the things that they have done especially when others are struggling great company and people

Utopia has been a lot more responsive and easier to work with lately, Elise in particular. They do a great job keeping me in the loop of things and provide prompt responses.

I just want to say that I’m extremely pleased with the great customer service Jessica provides! She’s has been cheerful, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about every question or problem I’ve had! I really appreciate the extra mile

I have been dealing primarily with Elise Gibbs and have been thoroughly impressed we have been with other property management companies who made us feel ignored and inconvenient. This is not the case with Utopia Property Management as Elise Gibbs has addressed each of our questions and maintenance issues with our home and has been a joy to communicate with! We look forward to renting through this company for at least a few years!

They have been super great at communicating with all situations. Repaired the sink within a week of us notifying them.

Edit to Update: Elise has been amazing to work with through roomate changes and continued repairs. They have taken ownership of the repairs the last property management company was not keeping up on and have really done their best to keep the property in good condition. I have never been this needy of a tenant and they really stepped up to the plate.

Since management has changed hands we are very pleased with utopia management. The owners are very kind. I had an emergency plumbing issue last friday around 3pm and in no time maintenance arrived and fixed the issues and we were pleased. We have been renters for 4 years and so far so good excellent communication with realtors and maintenance. I want to also include Jessica Ray for her outstanding communication skills work ethic and knowledge, she is absolutely magnificent! Rude immature employees especially management giving a veteran A NO CLAUSE EVICTION ISNT THAT NICE!? HORRIFIC

I had a couple of issues with my house and when I called into get on the maintenance schedule I was fortunate to be helped by Jessica. She’s so friendly and understanding.l, was able to accommodate my schedule, being able to get the maintenance guy out and the problem handled that very same day.
She’s definitely an asset to the company, and great at her job.
