The medical staff is wonderful.
The front desk needs to be replaced by an electronic kiosk. Truly, some of the rudest humans I've ever met.

Dr. Miller was very informative and professional. I appreciated how in-depth she explained my injuries. I feel like I’m in good hands here.

I’m always pleased with how quick I can get in and out of my appointments. My provider is kind and attentive to my needs.

Valley Immediate Care gave me excellent care when I walked in. The Occ Health department is also very good, although there was a problem with a prescription they sent in and it took a long time for them to contact my doctor for a followup appointment.

Dr. Miller is good at her job, she takes time to listen and understand. I had a work injury last November, she hasn't rushed the process, but has sent me to both physical therapy and chiropractor, and hasn't given up on me.

Riley at center st. Location is rude and cost me time and money refusing to do drug screen required for me to start work. Her people skills need work.
She has no idea what immediate care means. I will be sure to share my experience with my employer.

The providers in this clinic don't listen amd could care less about helping you. They throw medication around and say it will solve the problem. When you tell them the problem isn't fixed amd they can't figure it they just give up and tell you there isn't anything they can do for you. I have never had a doctor treat me so poorly and not help me at all.

Dr. Miller has been wonderful to work with. She always has time to answer any and all questions. She has made dealing with workmans comp much easier on me. She is getting me the treatment that I feel I need. I appreciate her.

Was very disappointed with the professionalism and quality of the scheduling done they constantly got my times and days wrong causing me to have to reschedule many times, overall if it’s a training or competence issue please fix it as it was very frustrating.
