Lots of space but the acoustics make it very difficult for conversation. Lots of variety of beers on tap. Friendly staff.

Overpriced + no table service. Go to Happy Valley Food Hall for cheaper beer and table service all in one space. Not kid-friendly.

One of my favorite local hangs! Best margaritas on tap and great selection of food choices.

Not only do we go here often, but my wife and I had our wedding reception here in their private event room. Exceeded every expectation and we will forever support the business and its wonderful owners!

They have a huge beer selection. There is a restaurant downstairs, make reservations. The upstairs has Tamale Boys and Detroit Pizza, both of which are amazing. There is seating outside with fire pits.

Fun spot to go whether you're looking for indoor or outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is spacious, same with the inside, so even if it's busy there are many options. Very clean and simply decorated.

The beer selection is wonderful. I got a Kolsch and the gal working gave me a sample of a similar one by the same brewery when I expressed my satisfaction with the beer which I found nice.

I wish they'd put in more food! I think a sandwich or burger place would be perfect. Ranch Pizza is great, I haven't had Tamale boy. They also have video poker, huge plus.

Tamale boy was the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The public house was fine, service was good. But get the food figured out!

Unfortunately this place is not willing to do the right thing and cannot be trusted.

I’ve purchased gift cards from their previous location (over $200), they have since opened a new location and closed the previous down and will not honor the old gift cards. They give a bogus reason of “systems not synchronizing” while at the same time acknowledging the old and new location are the same company.

Our family knows the owner Brian and were reassured this issue would be properly taken care of. Unfortunately, that had not been the case after speaking with several different employees.

They claim to be community focused and the neighbourhood get together, while not upholding to those same values. Beware!

Nice place. Lots of outdoor seating and food options. I went here for a small, outdoor work related gathering. Perfect choice for this.

Came here the other night for a Boyz night out! Very busy place and I can see why! Bartenders were super friendly. Drinks were great! The food was awesome! That night my friend ordered some Mozzarella sticks and I ordered a whole pizza from Ranch PDX. The Mozzarella sticks are not your frozen variety but are hand cut and breaded and fried to perfection! The pizza is a detroit style square pan (12x12) with the nice cheesy crust on the outside. Pizza fed 3 adult males which was amazing! I will definitely be coming back more often! Love that this place is close to my house and we have some options to choose from.

All the food here was great. Pizza, tamales, and even the food downstairs at the whiskey lounge is good. Good selection of beer and other non alcoholic drinks.

Hygiene was a little off putting. Cook when straight into the cheese with bare hands to sprinkle it on the pizza. Other cook came directly from the last pizza, came to the register with his gloves still on, placed our order then went straight back to our pizza with the same gloves.

Pizza looks fantastic though.

Always a fantastic place to eat, drink and enjoy family and friends! Definitely have a visit!

The enchiladas from Tamale Boy were small. Not enough to fullful your hunger. The beans were barely a tablespoon. Overpriced for the amount of food you get.

Great beer choices, nice long covered patio with a ceiling mounted heater and a gas fire bowl. I also ordered a really delicious non-meat tamal option from Tamale Boy. Will definitely drop in there again some night soon!

Well it appears that several years later my prediction is true that the owners of this establishment are corrupt and deserving of negative reviews. They treat their employees with disrespect by giving their working hours to their children and not actual outside employees that are trying to make a living. They only care about family members and not others. They have deceived so many people into giving them money for this so called public house and have turned around and cheated them out of thousands of dollars. Do not contribute to these lying owners. They are cheap and are stealing from the actual people that gave them thousands of dollars to make this corrupt business happen

Interesting concept, Mexican and Pizza on one side of the place and a bazillion beers on tap on the other, with a high end speakeasy down below…. Upstairs you can Sit either side of the divide - so… The Pizza is very good. The crust is thick but light feeling, an airy focaccia vibe, pan style. Just excellent, we had #4 with delicious ricotta and nicely seasoned chorizo over their aged mozzarella and a very nice sauce. Also Tamale boy has spectacular refried beans, guacamole, and great big tasty tamales. We had a bit of both places. They both bring it to your seat in the taproom if you decide to sit on that side. Nice Patio for summer, we will be back!

Great atmosphere, highly recommend this place. I didn't try any food so can't comment on that but they have a huge drink selection on tap. Lots of good outdoor seating for the summer months.
