It was the best, by far, Veterinary office I've gone to in a dozen years! Run professionally, and efficiently by the most gorgeous team of young ladies you'll ever see. Courteous and beautiful women made it a pleasure to be there getting great care of my dog, Pixie

Beware of prices. I called in to find out the cost of having operations on 2 of my dogs, and was quoted a maximum of $300; they assured me that there would be no surprise fees. That was a lie! When I came to pick up my dogs they informed me that the price was just over $700; more than double the quoted price, and of course they wouldn't allow the dogs to come home with me until the whole bill was paid. Effectively holding them for ransom. They tried to explain that the papers I signed when I dropped them off gave them permission to charge for a bunch of extra services, but the only extra charge listed on those papers was for a service I checked "no" on.

They are fine, but this is the reason why 3 stars. My dog Charlie's bills were paid out of kindness by a friend, who suddenly started telling me that under Washington state law, if you pay the vet bills, you gain ownership of the animal. I then began to notice that my dog was listed under this friend's name at this vet office. So I took my dog and fled to another state.

I was very pleased, they did such a great job on my lil muffin, a tiny yorkie! She might have died, had we not took her in, trust me, their very good.

Nova is good but was traumatized I think. Was kinda disappointed. It wasn't the vets fault it was my fault.
Somebody a dog of some sort made her feel very upset. She was very very depressed.
She's better today. I know the vets are good. I had a horse and the horse was fine the vet did an excellent job.
But also animals sometimes and she's a female are prone too depression after a major surgery.
So far so good though.

Friendly caring service. We had 3 cats fixed and they are doing fine! Reasonably priced. They keep you informed on your pets progress while in their care.

Had to put our dog down and they made it as good of an experience as it could be. Also sent a very nice card to us after the fact. Would recommend them to the fullest!

Valley Vet is as good as it gets in this industry, I can't say enough good about them and I recommend them highly to anyone seeking new pet care. They do everything possible to keep costs down and they comfort the owners as much as the pets which I find amazing. LOVE these guys.

I love this place, been a client since the 70's and have always got the very best service, and advice. The veterinarians always have a way of putting me to ease when I am worried about one of my animals. Whenever I have lost one of my loved ones they are always so understanding and always send me a lovely card. I highly recommend them.

I was told to bring my goats here. After a long search of places closer to me -Vancouver. However it was extreamly worth the drive. So friendly and helpful.

My son is autistic and has 2 rats for therapy animals. I took one of them in to Valley Vet after I noticed a tumor on her chest. It was late in the day, so I brought her back the next day and they removed the tumor. She’s doing very well and we couldn’t be happier. It was VERY affordable, too!

The vet was amazing. Made the worst situation possible, as easy as it could be. Saying goodbye is never easy, but an amazing vet is priceless.

Great vet, been coming here with all my pets for over 20 years and have my dog in there now. I recomend this vet to all. They offer care for large animals also

Took my new puppy for an exam and first shots. Price didn't seem bad and received a puppy care package. There wasn't really much of an exam, but the puppy package with the flea medication and dog food was probably worth the price of the visit. Friendly staff. Would recommend, will return for future visits.

They take great care of my animals and always treat us very well. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable

My two dogs have made frequent visits, mostly emergencies, and each time they were treated with 100% TLC and excellent results. I wouldn't trust my fur children to any other vet. The costs are very reasonable, which makes each visit a bearable experience. Five Stars!

I'd give them no stars if that was an option. The wait times here a shameful, really. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes for my dog to be seen, I got up and walked out and will never go back. While there, I observed that people not only waited for their pets to be seen but they also waited to talk to the vet, waited for any medications to be brought out, and waited again to pay. A very poor practice model.

As always, the service and expertise is unsurpassed in our book! We have been with Valley Veterinary for the past 5 years, and have a menagerie of farm animals, some of which without the great service and veterinary expertise, would not be enjoying the life they have right now! Thank you all at Valley Vet, you're the best!
