Cold personality, no effort to explain service being offered even when asked - didn't frankly seem to be trained on what was being offered. I asked if there were other options that I could consider and he said no, this is it. I surely won't come back.

Do not come to this place. This place is SCAM. I went in April to purchase full synthetic oil for my car. The future oil change for my car is July 29th or 3,000 miles. In June, at 2,000 miles, my car's oil is almost out. I have been putting full synthetic oil for my car the past 10 years and never run into this problem. In addition, full synthetic oil last more than 5,000 miles. Even if my car burn oil, oil empty at 2,000 is unheard of. I went back to the location and asked them what's happening. Instead of trying to take accountability, they just said my car burns oil quickly, and if I need to top the oil, I will have to pay additional. Save your money and don't get scam. Avoid this place.

Overly expensive. Technicians were pushy and rude. When I didn’t want their $100+ oil change package they tried to strong arm me into it by telling me that “by not using the proper oil it would void my cars warranty. ” I have a 2013 Chevy spark. I have no warranty. I do not appreciate people using fear tactics to get me to buy something. Also it’s a $3500 car I don’t need a freaking $120 synthetic oil change.

Had a groupon for a full synthetic change here. I was in and out about a half hour with one car in front of me. Plus you get to chill in your car and contemplate life. The dude asked a few times about system cleaner, nah I'm good dude. Full synthetic should be good for at least 5k, not the 3k sticker they gave me. Will go back

Everytime we come here we are treated great. They never try to push anything extra, they actually give me valuable input on other car issues, and I've even come in randomly for air in my tires and they had nonissue helping me out. This is why we keep coming here.

I have been going here for years, but will not again. In January, they put the wrong oil in my car and did not screw in my oil filter at all. The oil light in my car came on so I brought it back in, only for them to just top it off (for free) but not actually figure out what the problem was, as my oil was barely low. I had to go somewhere else to have this actually fixed.

Onie and Gary were great. I stopped into the car wash near the store. I was unable to close the door on my SUV because of a spring getting out of whack. I was pressed for time as I just got off work and I was on my way to pick up my little one. I walked over to the shop and Onie came right over to assist. She was friendly, willing and helpful. She had another tech, Gary, come over to help. Together, they helped me fix the jamb, close my door and be on my way. Super friendly and I appreciated it. I know where to go for my next oil changes on all of my vehicles.

I went for an oil change and got excellent, efficient service. Ryan went above and beyond to help me with an issue and take care of my DEQ test. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I ask price on manager before through, he said 49.99 but only today is 29.99. After oil change I paid. 99.97.
It's not fair.

Guys here are always helpful, and efficient. The outside conversation amongst workers was a bit distracting. Anyway, keep up the good work!

We have been taking our cars to this location for oil changes for 5+ years and never had a problem. We almost always see Gary and his crew and they are helpful, quick and efficient. I appreciate their professionalism and will definitely be back.

I must start by clarifying that noble would give not a star but that is the least that can be given, I took my car for an oil change they forced the oil filter cover to break it and they could not take it out and the "manager" He said that he had filled it with oil and that it was safe to drive it 4 days later I realized that my car is throwing oil because they broke it and I took my car again and again they tried to take out the filter and they could not have to take my car To the Toyota dealer for repair now Valvoline does not accept his fault and does not want to pay the bill for the repair, this is the worst place to change oil if they do not go to this place they are nothing professional and do not care about customers only make money, if you don't want your car to be ruined and then you have to pay it out of your pocket don't go to this place.

Quick, knowledgeable, very friendly and overall awesome. Lady with red hair was so sweet and great, can't recall her name, but only woman there

Gary and the crew here gave me one of the best customer experiences I have ever had! Friendly, personable, educated me on issues no one has before, getting everything I needed and more done efficiently and at a great price. Going here from now on!

We love this location for oil changes. We take both our vehicles there and have no complaints. They are quick, efficient, and professional. They don't have high pressure sales techniques, but inform you of your choices, the benefits, and then usually offer a discount. I had my oil change today and Onie was such a great customer service pro. She deserves a bonus for her informative, friendly, and professional approach.

Used a Groupon for an oil change, got about half off with it. Customer service was excellent. Onnie was very friendly and professional. She took plenty of time to explain what was being done. She went above expectations with my cabin air filter replacement. There was a small team checking my lights, turn signals, brake lights, etc. Filled my tires and checked and filled all fluids. I'll go back again.

Went in for a full oil service, friendly and helpful staff, let me know what options I had without pressure based sales that are typical of drive thru oil changes. Definitely my place to go from now on.

They give super friendly service and it was so fast! I just sat in my car the whole time, Josh is such a friendly and informative guy. I appreciated all the helpful recommendations he had, please give him the raise he deserves! I am now a customer for life:)

I never have a problem here. They take care of what I need in a short amount of time. So what’s there to complain about. I’d also like to shout out to the bigger boss man that’s always there running stuff. He noticed a leak in my coolant reservoir and showed me how to take it out and replace it myself. I appreciated that cause I did replace it myself for only the price of the part. Thanks dude!
