Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Salem OR

Great place to stop and get your oil changed. They explained every thing they were doing and they were very friendly and really quick.

The service was great! As a guy who maintains his vehicle on his own majority of the time, and as I was in a hurry, I communicated that to the Techs, and they were quick, efficient, and their service was awesome! I def reccomend them.

I received excellent, courteous, efficient service at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The technician who took my information was very patient and thorough as he answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and will be back for my next oil change.

Appreciated this professional group, even the new guy, Zack. Thought I was going to have to buy a filter, usually another $50 whether air or cabin, and he just "shook" them out and they looked good again. Thanks for the savings!

So the mgr tells us that valvoline has gone corporate and can no longer "top off" our car anymore at no charge.we stopped in to air up a tire.that's too bad guess I'll find another place to oil up the fleet.

These guys are great. I make a special trip down from Portland/Vancouver to visit my dad in Salem and get my oil changed here. Best Valvoline in the PNW.

These guys are awesome (Zach is the manager; friendly as all get-out)! Both my Oldsmobile Cutlass and my MG Midget, they have been outstanding and thorough. Killer customer service! They treated my mother and sister right, all my friends. I'll never go back to Jiffy. Love the service!

Best customer service ever! I have had a problem with my air conditioner for years and I finally decided to get it checked out. The guys here were extremely kind and professional and explained the process thoroughly. While I waited I was offered coffee and water! They had everything done and working correctly in no time at all! I will definitely be returning in the future.

The guys were so friendly and knowledgeable from the second i called to ask if they were open till I pulled out of their garage. They all worked together to get me out of there quick as possible. They all looked and acted professional. Not like at jiffy lube where 3 guys sit around while 1 works and they all look stoned.

These guys are always on top of it. Without selling anything, they let you know what is recommended for your vehicle. They even serviced my vehicle within minutes of closing time.

I change my own oil but wasn't able to so. I came here expecting the worst to be honest.but no! It was good and I would have no problem going there again.

Just had a wonderful service, not even open yet, the manager Zack pulled me in and got me taken care of. I will definitely be back again, these guys are the best.

Stopped by here yesterday morning for an oil change and light check.
I came by around 8am. Taylor checked in with me right away and let me know there were only two of them working thus it might be a second. It ended up being about an hour wait. However, Taylor checked in on me frequently, kept me updated, and did all he could before I actually got into the garage. He did the light check, tire pressure, washed my windows, and offered me water / coffee.

I finally got in and Mike did the inspection with me. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. He helped save me some money, was able to ease my sticker-shock fears, and chatted with me. While there were only the two of them, they were both very friendly, efficient, and professional.

I have always trusted Valvoline and this trip certainly met expectations. I will go here time and time again before I ever go back to the dealer (stupid warranty requirements.)

An oil change, two brake light replacements, tire pressure check / refresh, window clean, and overall inspection cost about $100. Not too shabby.
