Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Keizer OR

Excellent customer service. I went in and had them change my headlight and they did it in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend Valvoline on River Rd for your car maintenance needs!

Waited bout 15-20 mins to get an oil change. The I was in for another 15-20 mins and finally done and got hit with the bill… since when does it cost almost a 100 bucks to change oil!? !? That’s just insane! For 3,000 miles. Nah. I’ll find else where. Service was eh ok.

11/26/2023. This place is getting worse. I pulled in at 9: 11am thinking the car in front was almost done. At 9: 33 am I decided I was waiting too long and the car in front was still being worked on. The two employees working on top seemed lost. Wait times are getting longer. I probably would have been there for a hour plus. I might as well start dropping my truck off at the dealer.

The manager Miguel is the man to go to. Went to jiffy lube to get a light changed and they quit after like a minute of trying to go take a smoke break. Went to valvoline and Miguel went the extra mile to get it done. Will be going here from now on

Best oil service in Keizer, perfect if you can’t find time to change your own oil. Trust worthy staff.

Great drive thru service. I like that they have the oil drum up so you can see the old oil coming out. Makes you feel like you're part of the process while also letting you know they're getting the job done. They offered to check my tires and lights but I said I was good. No push back (thank you very much). Checked my air filter and it had been installed backwards (thanks last place I went). We did replace that and they put it in the right way. Good experience and since we are moving, we'll be finding your closest location near Milwaukee. Keep up the good work peeps

Really young people work here (and there were a few comments here about it), but they did a great job! Zero complaints. Super helpful people all around. Not sure if this is the case with all Valvolines, but they were conveniently open well past 5pm when I drove in. Highly recommend.

Paid 123 for just an oil change when they were supposed to change all fluids and do the tune up.

Replaced engine air filter, tech had a hard time figuring out how to get the new one back in. New trainees, made a good however scripted sounding attempt to upsell me on additional services. Admitted my car is under mileage for a coolant replacement but tried to push it anyway.:) Seems to be a major employee turnover, but on a positive note, good to see them hiring female trainees and wishing them success as they continue to learn the business!

Sometimes they have mechanics on duty did actually know mechanical work, and can tell you what they’re seeing

Came in to get an oil change and off the bat everyone was super friendly and didn't try and sell us things we "needed" (like some places) Justin was very helpful and super cool. He gave us lots of tips for the future and recommendations

Slow to get me in (some vehicle issue in front of me) after an hour they got me moved in and we're very polite

Everyone here is so nice. Some people might have been made but I was so impressed with their customer service. There was a customer there before me and they had me move so they could help them first. And some people might think that was rude but they were there before me so I thought it was great customer service. I also had some lights out and they help me get them fixed and my oil change with the money I had (was short on cash). I love going here!

Asked for oil change and the transfer case fluid to be checked aswell as the differentials they tried to send me out just after changing the oil I wished I left it at that they stripped my transfer case nut cause I heard and felt it in the truck but proceeded to tell me it was already stripped couldn't check my differentials all a bunch of amateurs with no business under a vehicle
