I just picked up my Redwing Iron Rangers after getting a complete resole and some eyelets replaced. These boots were beat when I took them to this shop for my first time. The employees here are awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They had my boots finished in a little over a week, and they look AMAZING! This team did exceptional work, and will now be the only place I go to have my other boots repaired.

Brought in a shoe to be repaired. It had split unfortunately next to the seam rather than along it. Was warned that the repair wouldn’t be hidden because of this. While I understand it was an unorthodox repair, I’m incredibly disappointed in what was done. They didn’t bother to use thread that matched the original stitching on the shoe… their work is SO obvious with the cream color they chose. The stitching isn’t in a neat straight line either… looks like someone did it in quite a hurry. Won’t return.

Vaneks did a great job resoling my old Wolverine 1000 mile boots. The people I spoke with were pleasant, knowledgeable, and did answered all the naive questions I had since it was the first time I've ever had a pair of shoes resoled. I was really surprised by how affordable the prices were and they even cleaned and conditioned my boots for me. Honestly, they've never looked better. I was so excited to get them back that I immediately busted the shank in one boot dancing around my house in them. Oh well, at least I know a good place to get them fixed.

Great little shop with all the capabilities you could ask for. New soles on and pair of work boots, check! New heel and exotic cowboy boot conditioning, check! Footwear related odds n ends along with new boot inventory, check! Worth a call or drop-in to keep your feet in top order for less than shopping for new.

Got my birkenstocks resoled at Vaneks Shoe Repair. They did an excellent job! My birks are just like new!

Vanek's re-heeled my favorite pair of Skechers boots, which are now at least as good as they were when brand new. Vanek's completed the job ahead of schedule, too. I'm very happy with VSR.
