I had the privilege of working with Tia Anderson and her staff at Vantage Mortgage Group. Purchasing a new build house.
Tia made the process as pleasurable as possible. I would highly recommend Tia as she went above and beyond to secure my loan. Although I had a high credit score. The under writers found an issue that was from 12 plus years ago. Tia took the time to research and then found a resolution that worked for myself and the bank. Going back 12 plus years for receipts and documentation is not easy.
With her hard work and looking out for my best interest. I was able to stay with a conventional loan and not have to relock at a higher rate.
I would like to say for others, if you are looking for someone to trust, Tia should be whom you ask for. I was so nervous, but she was always keeping me informed and updated on my status.
