This place is amazing 11 out of 10! Lindsay, Rachel and Dr. Erbach are so friendly and welcoming. We live close by and can’t wait to come back to bring our pup Zoey back! We feel the love here.

Lindsay, Rachel and Dr. Erbach provided compassionate and quality veterinary care to our fur baby. We love it here! The staff is so friendly, experienced and knowledgeable, we are lucky to call this our local animal hospital!

Front desk lady is kind, but I won't be back. Didn't take care of the problem on repeated visits and then canceled my appointment when I arrived 8 minutes late. I know it was 8 minutes because I was looking at the clock hustling to make it with my big dog and 1 year old that are tough to rangle. After 5 minutes of sitting there while they finished the conversation, I was told I was too late to take because the vet decided to take off early. I get that punctuality matters, but there is a policy for a reason, I met the terms of that policy and was turned away for someone else's early day. Will never return.

We absolutely love this place! The service is amazing, friendly, fast, straightforward and they don't waste time with things that aren't needed. Both vets here are wonderful and really care about their job and animals. Our Doobie Doo will not go to another vet, even if I was to move, I would commute to this VCA everytime! Thanks guys! Doobie says thanks too!

Love the staff and care of our pets! They always follow up after our visits to make sure they are doing well. Couldn’t be happier!

I was worried about my dogs might have eaten something bad, that could have hurt their stomach, way very panicked, but.after my just walking in & asking some questions, staff helped give me some good simple advice on what I should do & watch for.
I sincerely want to thank them for their support and caring attention.

They really rub me the wrong way when they think you don't have much money, very quick to offer putting your pet down instead of suggesting low income solutions elsewhere.
I highly recommend that you shop around when they hit you with weak medications that don't seem to work, or too little of it/refusal to prescribe more without another expensive pat on the head when they know what the issue is already.

I only called.didn't visit. When asked the front end receptionist couldn't refer me to an urgent care after suggesting I visit one instead of an animal hospital. Wasn't helpful except to inform me this wasn't the place I needed

I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough! My 80lb rescue pitbull can be nervous and reactive around other animals and new people, and in the past I’ve worried that he won’t be accepted or properly taken care of because he’s such a big, anxious guy. Everyone at this clinic goes above and beyond to make the vet a positive experience for my pup, and he absolutely loves coming here. Dr. Scott has been so helpful over the years we’ve been going to this clinic, and always answers all of our questions honestly and with evidence based information. Our dog is happy and healthy and this clinic has been a big part of that!

Great staff, super helpful, and our dog loves them! We're usually able to get an appointment within the week which is an absolute lifesaver for those not-an-emergency issues that can't wait 2 weeks (or longer) to be seen by any vet in Portland.

Dr. Scott Graff is an AMAZING Veterinarian. He is honest, kind, and patient with all my pets. No matter how small the issue he acknowledges my thoughts/concerns. I wish he did human medicine so he could be my DR! Also, Candice is wonderful. She’s always so kind and understanding - makes the impossible happen when it comes to scheduling. I am grateful my pets get the care they deserve at VCA West Linn.

I don't know where to even start. I have been coming to this vet for about 7yrs now.
Dr. Grauff is one of the best vets out there.
My two French Bulldogs and my Bengal cat all love him. He explains everything to me about their needs and care.
Candice is amazing, she makes me feel like a family member. If I am confused or sad when my pets are sick she will hug me and try and fix things. I will always continue to come here.
If your looking for good communication and great quality pet care. Then this is the place to go. You and your pets will not be disappointed.

Gave such good care of my dogs. Probably one of the most expensive vets I have been to but I appreciate all their help when it came to getting the heath certificates to relocate my two dogs. I appreciate that they would text me as well instead of doing just phone calls.

This was the first Vet I've called unable to offer me even a ballpark quote for a basic preventative maintenance, routine care service. I understand that size, health, and breed can make certain procedures vary vastly in price but a company that can't offer a baseline of cost is a company not worth the bother. I must commit to an initial check up before I can get any type of quote? I was told by the reception to invest in their monthly insurance policy to "spread out the cost". This seems like a practice to "trap" clients into a long term commitment to bury inflated prices. No thank you.

Good service, mostly needed a check up. Procedures are pricey here. Generally VCA is $$, but this one seems to be more than others. So shop around! But good primary care

The doctor we met with was great however, both the receptionist and the assistant vet were being very inconsiderate. I told them in advance I will need a payment plan if the bill is over $40 (which it was) and they said they could do that. However moments after I left they called me and threatened to send me to collections if I didn’t pay in full at that exact moment. They don’t care about you as an individual, I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life. Btw, it costs $100 for a physical exam, which consists of the doctor feeling the dogs hips, legs, and abdomen, as well as listening to the heart and lungs and lasts less than 3 minutes. Completely unreasonable price for the services provided.

I cannot say enough good things about VCA West Linn! Dr Graff was absolutely amazing. Him and his staff were amazing with my pups, very caring, proficient, and informative. I also never felt pressured to spend unnecessary amounts of money like I’ve experienced at other Animal Hospitals. My pups both left VCA happy, and wagging their tails! Thank you Dr Graff and your wonderful staff!

So far, I’ve had good experiences taking my dog to this clinic. I recommend getting the insurance plan for your animal ASAP if they will be needing to be Spayed/Neutered. This will include the cost of the service spread out over 12 months, all necessary shots and check ups, 3 doses of heart-worm/flea/tick medicine, and appts that are not last minute emergencies. I’ve been paying $92 a month which is a little more than regular insurance plans, but offers more and takes the stress out of seeking reimbursement etc.
