VIAB did the set up for our wedding last month and I cannot say enough good things about Jenn and her company! From the moment I met Jenn, I could tell that she was incredibly kind and she made it clear that she was willing to help in any way she could. She even offered to help with our day of timeline because we didn't have a coordinator! We had separate locations for our ceremony and reception and Jenn didn't charge us extra for this. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating on times for set up. Our venue was a very open space and I had no vision for set up, so I told Jenn to do whatever she thought was best. She truly exceeded every expectation I had and made the space so beautiful. Our venue had a weird rule that the caterer had to take all the trash at the end of the night but our caterer was just going to drop the food off. The day before the wedding I mentioned this to Jenn and she immediately offered to just take the trash for us when they came to tear down, no extra charge. When the VIAB crew came to tear down the wedding they were so kind, helpful and efficient. For everything VIAB did for us that weekend, I feel like their pricing is incredibly fair and impossible to beat.
I would highly recommend Jenn and VIAB to anyone hosting an event, they will exceed all expectations! I would give 10 stars if I could.

We got married in April and when we started wedding planning, we were beyond stressed. We stumbled across VIAB and after our first meeting with Jenn, our stress was relieved more than we can explain. Jenn was SO kind, accepting, and compassionate. She helped us through every step of the process and made sure on our wedding day all we had to focus on was getting ready and getting married. We partnered with VIAB for our outdoor wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased. From the start, Jenn was fantastic to work with, quick to answer questions, and was flexible and accommodating when our guest list continued growing and we had to make adjustments. Not only did they provide the big items such as chairs, tables, and linens, but they had a great selection of decor, backyard games (!), and lots of “extras. ” Set up was fantastic - Jenn even ran some last minute items over to us the day of our wedding - and take down was a breeze as well. We recommend Venue in a Box to anyone throwing a party or event. We would definitely call on them again!

A fantastic and unique company that created a complete wedding venue in my back yard! High-quality chairs, tables and beautiful linens plus all the accessories to make my wedding exactly what I wanted at an incredibly affordable price. Jenn and John were a delight to work with, professional, creative and on time.

Amazing, probably the best thing I can say. I called to rent 15 chairs for a celebration of life for my father-in-law that passed unexpectedly and they said we can help. They delivered the chairs to me and when I asked if I pay now or later I was told this one is on us. I was speechless. I will always be using this company for anything they can supply. Thank you so much for a heartwarming gesture in such a bad time.

Chris and Cindy were a dream to work with for our wedding. They were accommodating, helpful, and genuinely the nicest people you'll ever meet. Cindy was particularly patient with me as I asked her one million questions and was always happy to help and fast to respond through email or text. Chris and Cindy went beyond just equipment rental and even sent us a wedding checklist with commonly forgotten items. Their prices are more than affordable, the equipment (arch, tables, chairs, linens, coolers, lawn games, speaker/mi etc.) is excellent, and it was a HUGE relief and help to have them take care of everything.
