So yesterday I've never been so embarrassed and demeanored by another individual, then what I experienced by a Verizon representative by the name of Austin. From the beginning to the end of the entire interaction, which accumulated to two separate events, and an extreme amount of my time trying to fix what he has caused me. Because he felt he had an inkline that I might be doing something other then what he thinks I should. He not only called me out loud in front of a bunch of people but accused me of doing things or might be doing things. Even after I said I would pay my bill the next day and come back for my order. He made it clear that we wouldn't be getting anything, not even after I paid my bill. He pretty much told me I would no longer have service with them, as he is smirking the whole time. From the minute we walked in the door and the comments he made towards us, my husband and I were both unsure of what was going on and why was he discriminating against us, and treating us so poorly. Yeah we don't come from high class but we don't deserve to be treated like we aren't customers just like everyone else. Never will I ever go back to that location, but I'm now afraid of more retaliation from him since we called and immediately our restrictions were lifted. But because of his actions my phones I wanted added to my account can't happen because of another mistake on Verizons end making my bill due date different then the one I asked for. Thanks for the welcome wagon there I feel like I already dislike my service provider I currently have service with. Be aware I guess is what I'm hoping to help someone else so they don't go through the same situation.

I have major account problems everytime I go to this store and make changes to my account/devices/service. This is a third party store not a corporate direct store. Avoid even if it means driving further. Edit: if whoever replied is the owner of the store, I need you to call me or give me a number to call. The official Verizon customer service team could not reach your store (no one answered the phone, and there is no email to reach) when trying to resolve my issue. I am stuck with no solution as of now as I am out of country and cannot come to the store, and your store won’t answer the phone.

I’m not going to take the time and go in for detail bey they screw me over today I pay the lady 30 bucks to transfer all my stuff and make sure everything’s cool and she dropped the ball and I’ve been dealing with it for about four hours now on top of the three hours she had my phone.

Got my new and the latest of phone for my prepaid service and all went well and the guy putting my screen cover actually replaced the one he put on at purchase as it had a dust particle in it. Thank you and the customer service was tentative, greeted us quick and we're knowledgeable of all aspects of the sales process. Even switched my service and gave me my same number free of charge. Thank you!

Completely agree! The woman is snotty and I will not return! At this point all I want to do is return my phone and cancel my service completely! I was lied to about buying a new phone and now I keep getting ads that I can get the same phone for free I’m done!

Rudest most condescending customer service I’ve ever dealt with from a store. Extremely unprofessional service when trying to do the simplest task like picking up an online order. It’s really pathetic when a person in customer service doesn’t have basic social skills.

Huge improvement or got super lucky with the associate! Been going there for 20 years & never was satisfied until upgrading my phone on Monday. I just kept with Verizon b/c it worked best in the area I live. The entire visit was A+ in all categories. I'll see if that is my experience next time.

Slower than should ever be acceptable. Unless you have an hour to wait to get started, just go to the best buy next door.
