Verizon Valley River had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SLOW. RELUCTANT UN ENTHUSED TRUCULANT PEOPLE. UN WILLG TO HELP. DRAG THEIR FEET ON EVERYTHINH. THEIR COVID SET UP IS PATHETIC

Terrible service once your in a contract. Even when it's their issues.we are buying our way out. Why.our New Computer won't work here in Cheshire.

We needed a longer cord for charging our cell phones and the young man knew exactly the one we needed and found it quickly. He was very pleasant, opened the door for us as we came up and always had a smile facially and in his voice.

Great customer service from Josue! He was helpful, honest, knew what he was talking about, and went out of his way to resolve our issue! Will definitely go back to this location!

Hundreds of dollars for a phone. Family spends almost 600 per month here. New phone isn't working at all. They tell us we have to go to The apple store to get it fixed. Apple says we have to go to Verizon. No one willing to fix or replace the phone but Verizon still demands their monthly pmt. This iPhone is a POS as is Verizon. And I tell everyone I talk to.

Their customer service is really poor here. Not very knowledgeable. I ended up paying so much more for months until I went to another store to find out

9 months pregnant sitting on the floor because there is no place to sit. Meanwhile sales person is sitting on a comfortable cushioned bench with a customer in view of said pregnant woman sitting on the floor.

Convenient location for us when we need things for our cellular plan or have questions pretty fast service very helpful staff

Jeremy was amazing and for all my needs taken care of. He was attentive and ready to answer all of my questions. If he didn't know the answer he found it. I highly recommend Verizon and Jeremy to get all your cell phone needs taken care of.

I only go to the Kiosk at Costco, in Roseburg, Oregon. The techs are extremely savvy in fixing phone issues. They're always very personable and friendly.

Very friendly and prompt. Even looked at my bill and noticed a way to improve my services at no extra cost to me.

They made me purchase my own battery even though it was a warranty issue. At least they say they will reimburse me for it. Gotta make another trip to the store and bring the receipt. We'll see how it goes.

I went in to the valley river store infuriated. About a recent online purchase. Adam saw I was frustrated and resolved my problem in a verry kind professional manner.

Verizon problem, not able to see, hear or access voice mail. Waiting for serious return calls for a medical condition. Michelle HUNG UP on me. Tried the corp # first, could not remember PIN so NO access to even speak to a human with a beating heart. Verizon customer for 20 years, no more.

These guys (Connor in particular) were awesome. Super polite and helpful, we had a strange issue bringing over our phone and they worked quickly and tirelessly to figure it out and made sure everything was fine before we left. Very impressive.

I shouldn't say this because everyone will go here, but WAY less busy than the Coburg rd. A tad pushy on selling accessories.

Exceptional service! After a series of hassles with my last provider I decided to head to Verizon's valley River mall location. Every person I worked with at the store was top notch, especially Nick. I had to go back a couple times to get everything worked out, and each time Nick was quick and professional. Give Nick a raise.

Verizon is more expensive than someone, but you get what you pay for. Superior customer service will keep people coming back.
