I have had excellent service at this store especially with Tyler Hatton who has served me and my new photo problems.

Brought a broken phone Sarah was kind enough to help me pair my old phone to my new phone. Felt very welcome in the store

Jaron (sp?) helped us get through the nightmare of StraightTalk’s automated system/customer service. We are very grateful for his help.

He was ready for me when I walked in the door. Took my payment right away. Courteous, friendly and nice. Even went above and beyond to find me a better deal!

Jarin hooked it up with a new iPhone 14 Pro. Incredible customer service and he even stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Go see Jarin for all of your cellular needs.

McKenna provided the best customer service I have received from any retail store in the past year! She really went above and beyond to ensure our unique needs were met and always with a smile and with the care you would hope a sales rep would provide to their family member. Polite staff. Helped us download our pictures from a cross country trip. She assured us they had all transferred. We should have checked ourselves, because most pictures were lost and all the pictures from our trip were gone. We came back and our old phone.data had already been cleared. My husband was furious, but we didn't double check so it's on us too.

On a positive note the same person saved us a lot of money on our bill. She saw we were paying more than necessary. Luckily, I took pictures on our trip as well. So, we still had tones from our cross country trip.

My only suggestion is: remember they can only do so much at this site and you may have to go to an Apple Store, or buy a new phone. Also, humans are fallible, so double-check your phone to make sure you are satisfied and your data is secure before you leave. Lastly, be nice they can only do so much.

I have gone to this location in my town many times and always received great service, however the last two nights I have received outstanding service from one employee. I acquired three new phones, upgraded my plan, and saved over $800 on two of the three phones and $400 on the 3rd. The next night, I went in with the rest of my family added a new line to the account and upgraded the two phones. Again saving $700 and $800. I've been a Verizon customer for many, many years but would not continue to go to a location such as this if it wasn't helpful. McKenna was extremely knowledgeable on all of the plans that they have and assisted us in getting the very best deal that we could possibly get monthly, as well as saving money on devices. She was more than patient when answering questions that we had, even if we ask them more than once. She offered personal service through her phone and was grateful to have our current and future business. I'd recommend making an appointment with her anytime. Thank you McKenna. Great customer service is always acknowledged by me!

The sales representative- Misha- who helped me get my new iPhone 13 went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job explaining to me the benefits of switching from my old iPhone 11 to this new one. He also got me set up with Verizon's home wi fi and it is working like a charm! Plus, almost 4x cheaper than what I was paying with Xfinity. All around a great experience.two thumbs up!

It was terrible. I go in there for one thing on my phone.and say they don't have it.but if I up grade my phone they have it for that.well I have a edge and it's only a year old. Im not going to up grade my phone for a protective backing. This is not the first time they have done this to me for other things

The best customer service. Tyler personally helped me for weeks fix a problem that happened with Verizon corporate. Corporate made a huge mistake with our billing. Long story short he was the only one to help figure out and resolve the situation so we could upgrade and fix the billing. He took time to help my son with a loner phone. He made sure we could still get the best deal possible, even though we had to wait for corporate to fix the problems they caused.
I highly recommend the McMinnville store and all the helpful people there, especially the assistant manager Tyler who went out of his way to help us. Thank you.
