Paul was the best to work with. He kept me posted while I was waiting for my order and above and beyond provided the best customer service I’ve ever received in a store. Highly recommend doing business here. We will be back!

Just left. Horrible location. My mother waited a whole hour waiting for curbside pick up (was emailed it was ready) …had to come get my kids from her since she wasn’t anticipating it would take an hour. I got in the car to wait with the kids for her to go up to building with doors locked and no employees. When we called Verizon they just shrugged. So unprofessional!

Came in intending to become a Verizon customer, Paul did not seem very interested in having new customers. There was no enthusiasm in his voice, I got no “hey welcome in! ” Nothing. Just… “hello” no “how can I help? ” or “how are you? ” Nothing.and it was in the most monotone voice ever, he just seemed to hate life. They weren’t even busy, I was the only customer in there another employee was just sitting in a chair hunched over I only know he was an employee because he got up and came to stand behind the counter- his pants very baggy and sagging, covered in holes can see his skin.not a good look or professional look for that matter. I get they close at 7 but c’mon.it’s 6pm. Seems I dodged a bullet, I’ll check out xfinity or something.

First time being at this Verizon location. Super relaxed feeling. The employees working were super kind and very informative. The process was way more smooth sailing than any other tike that I have ever dealt with getting a new phone. Thanks Paul for the great experience and making the process so easy. Keep up the awesome work and great customer service.

Please beware of Paul. I went in for an upgrade and traded my old phone in for a new phone. He told me that I needed to purchase an accessory bundle worth 175 to qualify for the $800 trade in credit and had to upgrade my unlimited plan to the most expensive one. He said if I didn’t purchase the bundle I’d only get a trade in value of $330. He stated that this is promotion Verizon offered. I questioned this because I had done some research on my trade in before hand but he just kept saying if I wanted to full trade in credit that I had to purchase the accessories. Not only that, he did not let ME pick out the accessories. He picked them. He said if I didn’t purchase the bundle I would be charged on my next bill. I had my baby with me and I was in a rush so I just purchased it. I called verizon three times before leaving this review and all three have confirmed that that “promotion” is not accurate and no bundle of accessories needed to be purchased and I was already on a qualified plan. Beware of Paul and if he says you “have to” purchase something to qualify for a higher trade in credit- run for the hills.

Great and knowledgeable experience at this store! Paul is patient, thorough with explaining this hard tech stuff to me. 10/10 would recommend this Verizon store to others. They helped me find a great phone at a good deal.

Had an awesome experience upgrading my wife’s and my phones. Paul was amazing getting me setup along with helping 3 other customers! Everything got transferred perfectly and Paul explained everything very well. Thanks so much Paul and Verizon

Thomas at the Wood Village location in Fairview sets the bar for excellent customer service! 10 stars. My busy schedule only permitted me to arrive a half hour before the posted closing time that evening at the Troutdale location which seemed closed already when i walked in the door and was turned away because apparently they don't share the same valuable work ethic as they had the phones all put away and told us "there wasn't time" (for customer service? Hmm) but Thomas was able fulfill all of our needs even staying late after the scheduled closing time to ensure we were happy after the upgrading process. Capping a revenue of over $3000 give this man an award, raise and promotion Verizon, you got a good one there. Highly recommended

Snapped my sim card in half with my gorilla fingers, got a new one in less than 10 minutes. Would be 5 stars, but they charged me $10.

The sales person went above and beyond to help set up the new phone for my 92 year old father. He put the glass cover on, helped him find a wallpaper he liked, set his icons to look like his old phone, transfered contact lists, and set up a large font. He was so pleasant during all of this time.

This store has given me the best help so far. All stores should be able to provide tech support, especially after buying a phone. The hoodriver store hasn't been so great to me but this one has.
