Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales

Emily was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting my husband a new watch and me a new phone. We would recommend her to family and friends.

Took over 3.5 hours to switch phones. Then had to return the next week after getting our first bill which was double the expected quote. Note that this is a retailer so they have to call Verizon support to help switch plans/ cannot do it all themselves.

I wanted to Verizon not know what to expect and was greeted by the kindness person I've ever met help me with everything and I couldn't be more thankful for the experience want to give a big shout to Deyda. Thank you

One of The seller doesn’t respect the client! I visited them trying to get lines for my family.after I started my conversation he start using the phone and just ignored us for more than 15 minutes (it was just to answer questions it’s was not emergency or family situation) so I left the store disappointed and this was the first time and last time to deal with this store and this company!

Couldn’t have had a more pleasant upgrading experience. Nick knows his product/services and he made the whole process fun and engaging.

He helped me set up my new devices and gave me some cool tips and tricks to get the most out of my new equipment.

I live closer to other Verizon stores, but I will be making the drive to this location for all my needs moving forward.

You can tell this place is under good management and has excellent staff members backing it up.

Go to the real Verizon near Bridgeport Village instead. Sam was extremely aggressive and arrogant. Super creepy when he demanded that I give him my phone so he could put his number in it to call him to make another appointment. Excuse me? ! Nope, never going back here!

Deyda was amazing! She was able to help me upgrade my phones and improve my plan and even lowered my bill. She really advocated for me and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I definitely recommend coming here for both personal and business lines.

Decided to get a phone upgrade, had some issues with the phone (manufacturer), the staff at the store was amazing. Sam the manager made sure that my service was working properly and spent a significant amount of time working through the issue to get things up and running.

I have never had a better sales experience! Nicholas Levine was a life saver. I had gone into the apple store earlier due to some phone issues and didn't have the best experience as I felt my options were limited, and they extremely expensive. On a whim I stopped by Verizon on my way home from work.and I am so glad I did! Nicholas was immediately happy to greet me and spent a ton of time walking me through different options, promotions and ideas related to my phone issue. Long story short, I ended up leaving with a new phone, an Ipad, and an apple watch all for half the price of what I would have spent at apple! I felt so bad for how long my old phone was taking to transfer information, but he took it all in stride and made the experience informative and enjoyable. I will definitely be back at this Verizon when the time comes!

If you come to this location make sure to ask for Deyda. Shes very knowledgable about all details of how to upgrade and manage Verizon buisness accounts and personal accounts! I had a very complicated issue with my account that she was extremly patient and determed to not only assist with, but ultimately solve the issue! Hello I would love to recommend Nicolas Levine for his fine job that he does for his customers. His customer care was awesome and I am very pleased with working with him and I would love to recommend him to anybody who comes into Verizon.
