Robert is so patient & helpful with people that are technically challenged. My experience couldn’t have been better

I lost my phone and Robert made getting it turned off and getting a new phone quick and easy.

Sales person, Quinn was very knowledgeable and helpful. The required phone arrived in two days and Quinn did all the work so my new phone was up and running properly prior to me leaving the store. The husband’s new phone will be in by the end of the week and I hope to have Quinn help him get the phone up and running.

My upgrade came with a lot of issues with my service plan. The techs in store have been so helpful.

The sales associate that helped me recommended only what I really needed, even after explaining some other options that were more expensive. She even showed me that the replacement cable for charging my phone would satisfy my needs by plugging the cable into my original outlet block, attaching my phone to the other end, and plugging the charging cable into an outlet to show me it would charge my phone super fast, which it did. She answered some other questions for me that will help me in my next visit.
Since customers have to wait sometimes for quite awhile, a public restroom rotor be a courtesy.

Robert had EXCELLENT service. We walked in after closing not knowing and he still greeted and helped us out no matter how long it took. His mannerism was boujee and I think the man deserves a raise with how much he got done with being by himself the whole day and how many people were in there. 10/10 recommend going to Verizon and asking for Robert. This man is a G.

The rep was working alone in the store and yet he pleasantly greeted everyone else who came in. It was a huge struggle to complete the upgrade in phones for me. The problem was not with the sales rep, just very odd things kept happening. He never lost his cool, didn't get upset, just kept at it until all the glitches were fixed. I'm very thankful for his expertise!

Joshua was amazing in helping and assisting my girlfriend and I in many aspects of our visit. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly while also leading and helping us through an efficient and pleasant sales process. Hope everyone gets the pleasure of working with this guy cause he is a gem! Will be back time and time again to see him.

Taylor was phenomenal. My phones screens been cracked for awhile, and it stopped working just before 6, I had to drag my 2 year old in there where Taylor helped me go through my options on what I could do, gave me clear explanations on any question I had. He was polite, and even stayed a little late after the store had officially closed to finish helping me.

Taylor was awesome and super helpful with getting an upgrade and adding a line. Got a sweet deal on the new phones as well. Verizons methods for upgrading a phone or transferring a number is poor at best.

Nice, clean store. Excellent selection of devices and accessories. The gentleman (T), who helped me was very friendly and did not pressure me into anything. He even did the liquid glass screen protector on my phone for me which was nice because broken screens are not fun to deal with. The store was not crowded and it was a very mellow vibe. He also made sure we got my trade-in phone charged up enough to factory reset it before trading it in. I can't find a reason to give it less than 5 stars except of course, we always love to save money, but sometimes you do need to pay a bit more to get more.

We purchased a new phone at theVerizon store in Baker City, OR on 2/14/23. Robert and Joshua were extremely helpful and made our visit stress free and pleasant. They did an excellent job!
