13Great experience- quick and efficient help from Justin! This was the second location I visited for help and so so glad I did!
Came in to have someone help show me how to transfer my data from one iphone to mt new one i just bought from them. The fat guy working told me it would be a 30$ fee. A 30$ fee to show me how to push 3 buttons on my phone. Im cancelling verizon this is the WORST COMPANY with some of the worst staff at this location. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Xfinity is less than half the price and they use the same service as verizon.

Janell is seriously the best. We needed to switch over services ASAP, and Janell did just that. She explained everything so well. She just made things easy and made me feel at ease switching services to Verizon. She is a rockstar!
