Great knowledgeable service! Tony set me up with the perfect phone and was able to transfer all my old phones content and when I came in I couldn't even get it turned on. Definitely the best Verizon store in central Oregon!

I loved working with Carrie McConnell! She definitely made my experience one of the best I've had at any Verizon. She gave me options for a new phone without pressuring me into something I didn't want, was efficient with the data transfer and transaction, and just overall easy to interact with.

Tony is amazing! Had the best experience going there and he always has a smile on his face. Super knowledgeable and he is there for your best interests! Highly recommend going to tony he’s the best!

I bought my new phone here yesterday. Tony was very helpful. He patiently explained things to me, made sure that I understood things and even hooked my new phone up to my Bluetooth. I highly recommend this store. The friendly service is wonderful!

This place is far superior to the other Verizon store (on 97)
Better hours- earlier, great staff-Ashley spent all the time it took to solve our (self imposed) problem.
We didn’t need an appointment and we could come in together.
We’ll be back!

If your going with Verizon (I'm testing the water), hook up with Cellular Sales. Had a complicated situation merging my wife's "business" Verizon phone and my private AT&T phone into one account. Tried to get it done over phone and on-line with original Verizon store and hit a snag. Made an appointment with Tony (Frank) because of a "veteran Verizon" user's recommendation. For our convenience he came in on his day off and came up with another option and got the job done. Transfer to a new phone and an old phone were in the mix also. Thanks Tony for your time and dedicated professional service (the whole business atmosphere was professional).

When I got a new LG v40 there the lady who sold it to us said that they have a metal back option so we got it so that it wouldn't break as easily as glass and that is the only reason why I didnt get a new Iphone so then when me and my brothers got the phone theres we not metal they had plane glass on the back and mine I thought was actually metal but actually just has a matt finish on it so now I refuse to ever get a phone from this spot again because they don't a trust worthy staff.

Carrie was wonderful. We came in to switch plans while we waited for a flat tire to be fixed. She helped explain the different unlimited plans and which one met our needs the best. We even saved money!

Amazing experience all around, I've been working with Tony for a couple of years now and always make sure he's there when I'm ready to upgrade! One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, he knows what he's talking about and goes above and beyond everytime. If you're ready to upgrade he is always transparent about what fees will be coming up and exactly what you will be paying and I really respect that. Make sure to see Tony when you stop by!

Couldn't get the wifi calling on my phone to work. So I stopped by this verizon store on my way back home. First, a couple things about cell phone salesman. There not aggressive and pushy car salesmen, there much worse. There like Brian's at Chotskies, who wear 37 peices of flair. Luckily all the other Brian's were busy expressing themselves with other customers and Tyler was able to help me. He spent probably a good 2 hours trying to help me, and didn't give up, and he probably didn't get paid cause he wasn't selling me anything (but we did talk about tablets). Needless to say, if you need some phone help, and you might be having a case of the moooondays.go see Tyler. Probably going to come back and get a tablet (and maybe a new phone) from him when I can afford it.

I wanted to be sure everyone that reads this post realizes that this Verizon Store is actually a "Verizon Authorized Retailer" which I was told by a Salesman at this store means "he doesn't work for Verizon", but that came after the following:

Came in on Friday late afternoon to get a new phone I ordered online with Verizon set up and get info transferred from my old phone. Most of the information transferred fine, but the messages did not. The Salesman (who actually very nice at the time of purchase) convinced me not give my Son my old phone (my Son's phone was having problems), but rather trade up and get him a better phone, which turned out to be a pretty good deal after all the promotions etc, there was no pressure and I was happy to upgrade. The problem (same as with my phone) everything transferred except the messages. The Salesman told us if we leave the phones with him over the weekend he will lock them up and then we could come in Monday after he does some research on the message transfer problem.well I called to find out what the research turned up and he said "nothing". (crickets chirping.) So now what do I do? It really wasn't any of his business why, but I did "need" some of the information on the messages that didn't transfer. Anyway, he became very "superior" in the information he was giving me and basically told me I had no choice but to come back in the store and take pictures of my old messages.but that I certainly couldn't come in and get the old phone back - even though it was a trade in. I asked if he had a Superior I could speak with and he flat said - "NO. I don't have a boss". What? Everyone has a boss. So, do you own the Verizon store I asked? Lol
Anyway, what I came to find out is that I CAN come back in and get the phone and the only downside is that I will lose the trade in value, which didn't amount to much anyway - why did he tell me the complete opposit of that? I was also told (by him) that he was the Manager of that store - which I assume is why he said he doesn't have a boss? But that also wasn't true either.he is the "stand-in" Manager while the "real" Manager is out. All the true and accurate information came from Lauren at the Verizon Store in Bend. Thanks to Lauren for her help and I will drive the extra 20 miles in the future to go to that store rather than Redmond.

The salesman tells me my phone is likely to catch fire and sells me a new one, with a new contract! I was contract free with a paid phone.left there $1000.00 in dept and a two year contract! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN, IMMEDIATELY! DO SOME TRAINING AND TRY AGAIN. MAYBE!

Came in with issues with my phone. Robroy did a cleanup and even though he did a great job I decided to upgrade. He helped me transfer everything off my old phone and helped me save money with a Business Verizon account. Come see him at this great store, no wait!

Don't buy from this store. Bought a phone that didn't work for me. Was told they moved pictures, texts, contacts, calendar to the new phone, that wasn't the case. Lost major data in the transfer. That's on me, I assumed they knew what they were doing. Went to return it and was one day past their 14 day return policy, (real Verizon Stores have a 30 day return policy). Asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager. Customer service is not their strong point.
