The old manager of this store told me my bill was going to be 140 and it's at 230. He is unfortunately been transferred and the new manager won't tell me where.

Tim was super awesome and helpful. He seems to really care about the service he provides his customers and was able to hook us up with a great deal on a super protective phone case. Whether you’re a Verizon customer or not, go check out his store for great products.

I went in on Black Friday and was sold their "door buster" promotional deal which I was told with the purchase of the Samsung S10E, I would also get the Samsung Active Watch and a tablet. I was told all I would have to pay for both the watch and the tablet would be the activation fee.

I asked the store manager, Mikka (who I have also been told multiple times that only she can remedy the problem), to explain the bill to me- she told me that all of the credits would be fully applied by the 2nd or 3rd bill cycle and told me what to expect in the meantime.

The first bill was $150 over what she told me it was going to be ($250 more than my "normal bill"). The next bill was over $100 over. The 3rd bill, which should have officially had all the credits applied and been significantly lower due to all of the fees I paid on earlier bills- this one was still $20 more than my "normal bill. " I have driven down there 4x now in the last 4 months and each time, Mikka has told me that it will all be resolved by next bill cycle however it has not happened. Last time, Mikka even gave me her work e-mail in case the next bill was incorrect. When I reached out to her after getting my most recent bill which was still incorrect from what she guaranteed it would be, she did not responded despite sending her multiple e-mails and still has not.

I have also tried to call the corporate Victra number that has been listed multiple times on other reviews however after being passed around for 2+ hours, I was disconnected and no one reached back out.

What they are doing at this Victra location is unethical and most likely illegal. Do not accept any "promotional deals" from them because based on my experience and many others on here, they will totally take advantage and lie to you over and over again. I have also submitted an official complaint to the BBB.

I was given a “free” promotional tablet that I ended up getting charged for in its entirety about a year ago, and now I see on the reviews that they have been continuing to do this, and seemingly even more excessively through the entire year!
Please, anyone that gets taken advantage of with the “free promotional tablet”, I encourage you to report it to mall security, the better business bureau, and report Johnny (I don’t remember his last name) And the Verizon victra location by name.
It’s amazing that this company continues to get away with being this shady, and continues to operate with the same lack of ethics for this long.
Put them out of business people, they don’t deserve a dollar from anyone!

Was talking to my very sweet grandmother on the phone and over heard a guy at this store telling her she needs to buy something or leave. How disrespectful! This is just sad. A little old lady just trying to hear a phone conversation walks into the Verizon store where it was quiet was told to leave. I will never shop here!

I set up a family plan with 5 lines. 3 from sprint and 1 from att and a new line. I was sold 4 new phones and I kept one old phone. I was told that I can trade in 3 of our old phones for a 300 dollar credit. When I talked to Verizon customer service they told me that I can only trade 2 of the phones since 2 of the phones were buy one get one free. I was told to go back to the store that we set the service up with to trade the phones into that store. When I went in I explained the situation and Mikka assured me that we can trade all 3 phones in for the credit. She said that she was going to call corporate to get return labels for us and to call us early this week when she got them either Monday or Tuesday. I have called multiple times asking where Mikka is, or to leave her a message to call me back. It is Friday now. I am very frustrated. If I have to go back into the store this will be my 4th time going back into the store to resolve their issues. Very unhappy that I was told multiple times by Mikka and her associates for a call back.

BE VERY CAREFUL! Amanda told us that HUM is included with each line for free and that we had to get it in order to get promotion, even if we would not use them. Next day I called Verizon directly to make sure that it was true, they told me I would be paying for each additional 24.95 a month (3 lines). When I took them back to return them (next day) Amanda charged us over $275.00 in restocking fee. Dishonest person!

Kira at the Clackamas Town Center location saved me tonight! My phone had been broken for a month and finally stopped working. I came in, very discouraged, thinking I wouldn't be able to do much about it. Kira took no time at all to get me into a brand new phone in less than an hour! Thank you so much! Excellent service and fun to chat with!

I usually shy away from going into a Verizon location but I had to change my phone plan. Kira helped me out and her customer service was outstanding. She was very patient and answered all questions with a smile on her face!

Called in just to make sure Stephanie was working before I came in, she gave my wife such a great experience I had to come back to upgrade my phone from her. I got everything transferred and she helped me restore my ICloud password it took a lot of time but she was able to get it done.

Lazy employees slightly disrespectful. We're unable to to stay professional or provide customer service skills. Management seems absent at this location and facility is not up to date or welcoming

I've been coming to this store for all my questions and today I finally decided to get a new phone. Zane helped me with my options and questions. Everybody here is very polite and helpful, you can't get better service.

Johnny committed fraud by giving us promotional tablets that were supposed to be 100% free, yet our bill shows he signed them up on full payment plan and data plan. We did not authorize that to be done. He made several promises to correct the problem but didn’t follow through. I feel he lied, and this was a scam to boost his sales. We are pursuing refunds and will file complaints to the fullest.

I was in last weekend and I had a sales associate by the name of Zane help me, and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had! I felt like he was really listening to what I had to say about my past experiences with other places that hadn't gone so well. He was friendly and got me exactly what I wanted and I didn't feel pressured into anything which was a big plus! Definitely a wonderful experience and will be back in the future!

My fully paid for, off contract, and unlocked verizon phone is not allowed to forward calls outside the verizon network. This is the third or fouth feature bomb I have found since i moved to a radio compatible competing company. Don't buy a phone from Verizon if you travel or may want to change companies.
