I canceled my insurance because I found a cheaper one, bu they keep charging me, They promise a refund but it’s been a week, I’m still waiting…
Well I couldn't quite tell you exactly how Vern fonk auto insurance brokerage is yet. I've been buying insurance policies with them for over a year. Their customer service is fair, but I've never had to file a claim yet (knock on wood) because I am a very good defensive driver, and all of the so-called prestigious insurance companies, are being greedy of course, in the name of inflation. Taking in more money than they're putting out. As if everything else is in high enough, really sad State of Affairs!
They truly find u the most affordable deals - home insurance car insurance! And the customer service is wonderful

They were quick and helpful. I didn't much like my personal price I was offered. But that's my fault anyways. Still would refer someone here. They've always been there for me in the past.
Sylvia at the Tigard office got me right in. I only had to wait not even 5 mins. When I got to here desk she was kind, courtious and very professional. Not to say very helpful. The WORST customer service experience I've gone through.nearly IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone at any local office, for two days I have tried to talk with an agent and have repeatedly being passed to the next representative, kept in hold for a long period of time and when someone finally answered just said she was with another customer and will call back took my Phone number and never called back. I have been with Vern Fonk close to 10 years and never had the need to reach out for assistance, when I did; I found they have become so unprofessional.
I dont have the best driving record and Vern fonk was able to navigate and shopped for the best insurance rate and product that fits my situation. David and Damian were so helpful and they are good at what they do. I had a little issue that was not their fault but they fixed it in no time. If you want to get the best rate and service, Call Vern fonk and ask for Damian or David.
The constant calling to get my quote started is annoying yes I reached out but you don’t have to call me 10 times in the last two days. I worked with a Karen not sure what her last name was but there wasn’t very many options regarding coverages. It’s almost as if she was new with the amount of questions marks after each statement she made about my coverages. Shopping else where because I prefer for people to be knowledgeable about what they are selling.
Worst experience I have ever had. I have spent 4 days trying to reach a competent employee that could assist me with updating the information on my renter's policy. All they do is transfer me around with no solution. No one seems to have any knowledge on how to make such a simple change. 4 days and about 20 employees that have been poorly trained, could care less of their job, and most importantly give no importance to their costumers. Pretty pathetic experience. We are looking forward to cutting ties with them asap and never go through an agent again. We have nothing good to say about Vern Fonk.
