Window tint- recommended my neighbor here and what a mess. Hair and lint under the window tint with bubbles. Paid top dollar for what they ask not to have this issue. A guy at the corner with a spatula and window tint would probably do a better job. When we called they said that was normal and just needed to dry- Yes, we could bring it back for them to look at. For a lot of money and 5 windows was a waste of time. Never again!

My husband and I took our new truck to Versionex’s, we had the Rhino bed lining sprayed on. It came out so good we decided to get the window tint done at our next appointment. It also looks great! The staff is very friendly and professional. We’re retired and I know a lot of you are probably wondering who to trust your new vehicle with, you can’t go wrong with versionex. Next month we’re getting the ceramic coating. I’ll let you know how it goes. With the high price of vehicle’s we want to keep ours looking new for as long as possible! Thanks Versionex!

Went in for a hood wrap and a windshield sun strip and hands down will definitely recommend them. They were affordable and quick!

Been a while since the paint protection film but recently decided to post some pictures and review for the work received. Pictures included.

The cuts and overall fitment is not professional, there are noticeable razor marks on the paint and uneven cuts on film. Razer marks underneath and around the edges of the film.

Not much else to say, basically have to live with this. First experience getting paint protection film and probably my last.

Had my brand new challenger ceramic coated with the diamond package back in sept 2020 and it has held up very well. Lately the hydrophobic qualities were lacking and they refreshed it back to new without cost. They back their work for sure and had 2 other vehicles cared for as well. They have earned my trust and will be coming back.

Amazing job. We took our new Tundra for Ceramic Coating, added the clear protection film too, and window tints.

Honest pricing and timely service. The bodywork and paint was perfect. With a little more attention to detail before pickup, I'd give this shop a 5.

Got my bumper wrapped and some stripes. They did a great job and didn't differ from their original quote without running it by me first.

The guys did a great job of explaining the ceramic coating and the rhino liner. The job was done well and finished early! Very happy with finished product.

I was looking for a classic eighties square body look with the comfort of a newer truck so we landed on the two tone wrap on my silverado, we looked through many comparisons pictures to come up with the right style and unfortunately there was a misunderstanding along the way so once I picked up the truck I realized the black section was a few inches to thin, after talking with the owner he realized my disappointment and offered to completely re wrap the whole thing at no cost to me! Saying the most important thing is that I am happy with the finished product! Little misunderstandings are bound to happen no matter were you have work done on a vehicle but to know that versionex will make sure your happy with the finished product even if it means taking a financial loss is huge they have earned my business for life

Update: The shop fixed the missing patches of Rhino on my bumper at no charge, and even provided a rental vehicle while mine was in their shop.

Original: I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. When I requested a quote to get my steel bumpers and fender flares Rhino coated, I was told it would be a specific price for each. There was no indication that the price could be different. They said that they sand blast parts before Rhino as part of their process. They asked to keep my truck for 2 days instead of the typical one day due to the size. That was totally fine except that on the second day (rather than day one) is when they call me to say they need it longer and it'll cost $50 more because they need to sand blast it. Um.why was that not figured out day one and included in the price since it's part of the process? Ok, fine. Then they tell me they'll call right back with a new time to pick it up. Never called. I reached out the next morning, was told it would be done by noon. Given the long drive, I waited to make sure and called them at 12: 40pm. Bumper wasn't done, new estimate of 3pm. I had some filler plates I asked them to coat if they could and to leave it alone if they can't. They painted them with cheap black spray paint instead that I now have to remove. When I went to pick up stuff and pay, they charged $100 instead of $50 for the sand blasting and said it was only a "rough estimate" to begin with anyway, and that they outsourced to a shop that charged $90 so "it's not like we're making any money off it. " Got home, found out that they gave me someone else's parts and I had to go back to trade for mine, another hour drive. The coverage of the bumpers are awful. Every underside surface is uncoated other than a little overspray. They are already rusting. Now I have a huge mess to deal with. Terrible communication, terrible quality. At $900 I expected at least a decent outcome. What a ripoff.

My husband and I live in Portland. We wouldn't trust any other shop with our vehicles and are more than happy to make the drive every time for their friendly, exceptional service.
We first took our Jaguar F-Type SVR to VersionEx for custom vinyl wrap, tint, ceramic coating, etc. Devin and his team took great care of our car in a timely manner. Their attention to each small detail was amazing. Since then we have returned with our other cars several times for various services.
Trusting your car with a shop can be hard but VersionEx makes the process seamless, positive, and exciting. We are already looking forward to our next project with Devin and the team.

Got my brand new vehicle that hasn't been dirty tinted. Wish I hadn't because there are so many particals behind the tint.

In 2017, I was in a bad accident. The at fault driver's insurance gave me 2 weeks to get my car in the shop or they wouldn't pay for it. VersionEX was the only auto shop that could get me in within that time frame & they seemed professional enough so I had them work on it. I had to take it back 3 separate times after they told me it was fixed because there were things they forgot like my passenger door still wouldn't shut all the way, there was still white paint scrapes on my car, etc etc. Each time I brought it back, they were very nice & quickly got my car back in the shop. They even gave me a gift voucher for the inconvenience. After everything looked great, I took my car & ended up closing my insurance case. Not long after, my car started having issues & driving weird. It felt like the alignment was really off, despite versionex fixing it 3 times (which seemed weird they had to do it 3 times). I took it to Hunter's Brakes & Allignment. They informed me I was missing a large, very important bolt for my control arm. They told me if I was driving much longer, my car would have basically spun out of control & there would have been nothing I could do about it. I told the guy I had just been driving on the highway & he said if it happened on the highway I probably would have died. I asked if this bolt could have fallen out on its own & he said no. The last place to work on my car was versionex. They basically almost killed me on top of making me come back 3 times for things they forgot to fix. I will never go back there. But I hope that they see this & can learn from it. They need to start being more thorough when fixing cars, especially cars that have been in accidents. I'm now nervous to let anyone look at or work on my car without me being present because of all the things they somehow missed or forgot to fix.

Had a minor accident and needed new bumper, fender and headlight. They did a real nice job matching/blending the new painted pieces to the original. Turned out great! They got me a used headlight and buffed it up and my original one as well, so now both look new and clear.
I appreciated the easy going nature, helpfulness demonstrated by Devin, Grant and Knox. These are car guys who have a passion for what they do.
