I have been seeing Nicole for a while now and you must must MUST see her! She has this magical way of combining her strong natural intuition and her deep knowledge to help you. She has truly changed my life, helping me with lifestyle changes, depression, stress, and overall thriving! I feel really seen and heard when I’m in her hands! I wish I could give 20 stars!

Brooke has been very helpful with my headaches. I look forward to my treatments. The space is wonderful and she does not cut any corners on her treatments. She is thorough and you never feel rushed. Overall a helpful and great experience.

Stop lying about your hours of operation and what days you are open I walked down there today.it said you all's were open on Saturday wich Is today.why even bother get a closed sign and shut your doors down if you say you are going to be there on a Saturday online that's what day you are supposed to be open what a waste of my time today!

Jennifer is great. I see her regularly for general health maintenance and working out my aches and pains. She is attentive, thoughtful and thorough. I have seen many acupuncture providers over the years, and she is one of the best!

Where to start. I booked my very first acupuncture session with Nicole, and I cannot emphasize enough what a pleasant experience I had, although I will do my best to pen everything.
Even the phone call was super kind with another staff member.
The facility is super calming with giant leafed plants all around and the furniture was cozy and actually welcoming to sit on, everything is white and clean, but not harsh to the senses.
Nicole was so knowledgeable about infertility! She spent probably 30 mins if not more asking me very relevant questions about cycles, sleep habits, diet, stress levels, current plans for pregnancy, what book I was reading and what I thought was important from it, supplements… everything, even some questions about spirituality and what it meant to me.
(She wasn’t judgmental or had any bias, this was info gathering about how I’d prepared myself spiritually for this journey. As a western medical model clinician, this was super welcomed.)
She spoke about PCOS, my menstrual cycles at length, and things she was interested in knowing about more for our plan as a couple to have the best outcomes.
She spent more time getting to know about me and my partner and lifestyle than my expensive infertility doctor back in Houston. This was all before the session itself. I was *super impressed* with her knowledge about the physiology of reproduction and how my current health status related to it. Wow.
If you are on the fence about seeing out infertility support through acupuncture, this person will make you feel so at ease, and is extremely passionate about their work.

When we closed the intake portion, I felt like I was a soldier who’d been equipped with the best armor and tools money could buy, if that makes sense. I felt renewed and energetic about my hopes on conceiving. If you’ve been on the fertility track for any length of time you know how tiring and hopeless it can feel, how sterile and non compassionate getting blood draws, ultrasounds, doing the history and intake portion… and the rest (because there’s a ton!) can be.
There’s *no soul* in any of that and it completely disregards your mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
The experience with Nicole felt like I’d been pulled out from under the water and taken a breath of fresh air I didn’t know existed, combined with the expertise of her working knowledge of hormones and purely scientific passion of the condition that is infertility, I felt extremely comfortable in her care, it makes me weep, now while writing this review, to compare experiences I’ve had so far to the gift of booking a session with Nicole at Vetiver.

The session itself was rather calming and she explained everything she did before and while she was doing it. All packaging for the sharps was sterile with proper disposal, (a red covered sharps bin).
She checked my radial pulses on both arms, part of traditional Chinese medicine assessment.
There wasn’t much pain involved with the needles, some I didn’t even feel going into my skin, and the table was warm and comfy for me. She massaged essential oil into my temples and rang a singing bowl, and had light comforting sounds playing, (I’m sure there was some supposed healing properties in the music itself, everything she did was extremely intentional and well thought out.) some tuning fork I think was applied to my feet as well.
After she had set this all into motion she quietly and quickly explained purpose, and left me to rest for 25 mins in pretty much pure bliss. I did remind myself that there were needles in my thumb joints when I moved my hands once… ouch.
I do highly suggest making sure your hand placement is somewhere you won’t move for the time, I eventually tucked my fingers into sides of my underwear for comfort. Moving your thumbs while the session is going on is not recommended by me.
After the session and waking back up fully into the real world was easy and the needles did not hurt while coming out. I did not feel rushed at any point during my experience even though I was the last client.

Jennifer takes time to understand and really treat underlying issues. You will leave knowing that the team here cares about your well being and your experience with them. My wife and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Highly recommend Jennifer! She creates a warm, comfortable space and is highly attuned to shifts, changes, and ways to support my body and and nervous system. I've experienced her approach as holistic, with the addition of massage before and
after acupuncture, which feels very nourishing and grounding. The best acupuncture experience I've ever had! Thank you!

There are lots of acupuncturists in Portland. Brooke is a healer. I’ve had amazing results with NAET. I can enjoy dairy again!
From the inviting brick walls to the soft music, everything is so relaxing that I often take naps during my treatment. My husband and I both see Brooke and we’re sending our college student aged kid to her as well for stress reduction. I strongly recommend Vetiver.

Jennifer is the most educated and informed acupuncturist I have seen. She is caring, easy to talk to, explains her methods and is an all around lovely human being. I highly recommend her.
