Victorico’s Mexican Food

The Food is great but 2 out of 4 times I have ordered from Drive through Kiosk I ordered small Tacos and got large asked for no onions got fresh Salsa with onions.

Absolutely love their burritos are absolute to die for I give you a haven't ever had a good burrito you need to have one of the greatest if you need to eat at least decently fast because if you wait too long all the grease goes to the bottom tortilla and it doesn't taste like good but what I get is a breakfast burrito with ham and cheese and egg no potato or if you want extra filling so you're full get the potato it's absolutely amazing it's great craving food

The people are nice and the food is decent but everytime I go here they get my order wrong. Even after I repeat my order the food isn't even close to what I ordered: (I just don't understand how you can mess up an order of a burrito and a taco. Pretty simple.

My first time here the gal taking my order got it wrong so I came back and the gal said I had to pay for the mistake very rude. Unprofessional will not be back!

I really enjoy their breakfast burritos but I don’t know why they have posted hours if they don’t follow them. West Salem states they are open at 6am but this isn’t the first time I’ve shown up during “business hours” and they aren’t open. Today, 7: 48am I was there. Sat at the menu for five minutes. Drove past the window, saw employees, one even had her headset on, but I guess they were too busy messing around to take my order? Not sure what the hours are in the mornings anymore.

We bought tacos today and the food was warm. The corn tortillas were not heated at all. You would think they'd know that you don't just pull tortillas from the package and make tacos. You have to heat or fry them. They were also old. So cold, unheated and old tortillas do not hold well. I ended up eating what I could with a fork.
We had chili relleno burritos last week that were great. Too bad tge quality is not consistent. I have 2 stars because last week was better.

Use to love this place... Not much in west salem.but it sucks when they keep getting your order wrong and do nothing to correct the situation. I called today but the lady didnt see anytning wrong with me using my money for something that was made wrong.
I didnt just want meat and lettuce in a torta.
Unfortunately too many bad experiences makes me not want to go back.

Bad customer service!

I love this place. Good value. I'll be happier when the inside is open and the salsa bar is open again. Maybe it is. I couldn't tell from the drive-up window.

Been here 5 times now and all 5 times I’ve ordered 5 rolled tacos beef and they’ve given me chicken every time. Don’t eat somewhere that can’t follow simple orders.

Ordered the beef enchiladas, The beans had no flavor, tasted like water. And the rice was white, no seasoning whatsoever! One tiny enchilada, and it was very bland! Truly disappointed, as we used to come here but in recent months they have gone down hill! Reminds me of LA haciendo where everything tastes exactly the same! Disgrace to the Mexican culture!

Honestly really good food! The burritos were delicious! The tortilla was freshly made and everything we had was great! Highly recommend!

Best flan I've ever had! (That wasn't homemade) Seriously, if you love flan, go here. Chile Relleno was stuffed with cheese then battered lightly and fried - delicious! Muy rico!

I have to update my original 5 star review because the hours posted online say they open @6am I pass by every day @6: 45am. Some days I see them open and other days they are still closed. In fact yesterday I saw the open sign on so I pulled in @6: 40 to grab a breakfast burrito on my way to work and guess what they were closed! Not sure when they actually open.

The west salem store has a problem. Getting shorted on an order happens. What shouldn’t happen, is the guy who caused the problem getting puffy with the customer when they drove all the way back there to get the order fixed. Especially when it’s my wife. Tonight’s order was for 4 people. There will never be another.

So glad I tried this place. Grill marks on the steak… need I say more! So much flavor and the burritos are big then my stomach can fit. Always great customer service!

Other then them forgetting to give me my churro. They gave themselves a tip which I did not say they could. Basically stealing from me!

Very nice staff, all of the employees seemed to be moving fast and getting things done as fast as they can and as efficiently as possible. The boss was probably the only slow person I seen.

Good street tacos but the tamales are the worst tamales I've ever had. Chewy meat, dry masa, smothered in enchilada sauce and sour cream with lettuce. Very overpriced for the quality.

Oh my goodness. The carnitas tacos are bomb and the carne asada as well. Absolutely delicious we keep coming back. Thank you very much.

Even though it changed hands and prices went up a little bit the food is still fantastic its fasts it's delicious it's nutritious its bombastic. Great location fast service don't forget to ask for a deep fried jalapeno.
