Victor promises to call back in 2hours and then never does. I’ve had to contact him multiple times after promising to deliver my truck only to realize he doesn’t actually intend to do so. Waste of time and terrible service.
Awful. There was zero and very limited communication, if there was any, I (and / or) the dispatcher had to force it out of him. I never got a ETA. The car sat at the 1/2 way point for roughly a week because it was “too low” to get onto the regular trailer. Luckily, he asked if he could use a fork lift and if I had a fork lift (I shot that down fast) unlike the Datsun 510 experience shared by another reviewer. The car arrived safe and sound, no issues or extra damage on the vehicle. Avoid this company at all costs. Communication doesn’t matter to them.
