Sold me a broken, top of the line samsung tv and then would not exchange or refund the cost. Made me go through samsung warranty. It's been 3 month with no resolution.

Only place I buy TV's from. Their staff tends to know more about their sets than the people at the big box stores. Their prices are always great. Only downside is seeing all the models side by side which makes you more likely buy a model or two 'up' than you intended.

Jonathan was great! Quick to answer my phone calls and happy to answer my many questions.

We came back the next week and learned he no longer works there. Jeff Rhodes was able to give us the same deal that Johnathon originally offered.
