Video Only Eugene

Went to Eugene Store this last weekend. Salesperson (Garrett) was top-notched. Even took the time to look online from competing stores to check prices for same exact t.v. 's my wife and I were interested in purchasing. He also checked consumer reviews from professional consumer websites to help us make better purchasing choices. Experience was great!

We bought our last TV at Video Only and returned there when it was time for a new one. Garrett was knowledgeable and explained the various sizes, models, options and benefits of each TV. We didn't feel pressured, and we got great prices on a TV and speaker system. Our timing was good to catch discounts on last-year's models.

I was looking for a 55” Samsung S90C, I had found one at Best Buy but they weren’t going to have it the day I wanted to buy it. Anyway on a whim I thought I would check Video Only on the off chance that they’d have one and sure enough they did. I got my TV that day, and it was almost $300 cheaper than Best Buy! I honestly thought they would have a few TVs in the showroom and would have to order the one I wanted. I was totally wrong, they have a HUGE selection. I was also thinking that if they did have it, it would be far more expensive than the big box store down the road. Wrong again. Never have I been more excited to be wrong lol. Moving forward they will be the first place I check if I need a TV. Ask for David, he’s the one that helped me and he knows his stuff. P. S. David, if you see this, THANK YOU. 10 out of 10 on customer service! David helped me and was so kind, actually listened to what I was looking for and explained in detail the difference between TV’s. I initially bought a TV from Best Buy and what a mistake that was! Video Only’s prices are WAY lower than Best Buy or any other big store chain. If you want a personal and professional customer service experience go to Video Only and ask for David. I can’t recommend them enough!

If you are technically challenged like I am, this is the place to go to. David was so patient with me while I was looking for a t.v. I really wanted to stream and have more television options. I got the set up from a team there and they were quite helpful also. I did have one slight issue not knowing about the HDMI cord and David also helped me with that. I would highly recommend these folks if you are in the market for a new television.

I would like to Thank David so much for the knowledge and customer service he gave us buying a TV that Andy was going to use as a monitor for the Flight Sim. Andy came in asking some serious questions that myself would of not even thought of. Between Andy and David, I learned a lot that day. David had an answer for every question we had.

The next day Andy wanted me to call David and see if there was a bigger set for his mother. Pleasantly suprised he bought a new 65 inch.

We walked in today to price televisions, not sure what exactly we were looking for, not sure if we would even purchase today.
We were immediately greeted by Garrett Sheldon, who was a STELLAR sales associate. He was patient with all of our questions, answered them in a way that a consumer fully understand, without trying to sell us something we didn't want or need. We walked out with a fantastic product, for a fabulous price. I was 100% satisfied with our experience, and we will definitely return when we find ourselves in need of another television or accessories. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

Great company. Friendly, knowledgeable staff willing to answer questions and provide clarity. I recently bought my second TV from VO and will likely buy all future TVs from them. Their prices are competitive and often less than the big chains. I highly recommend.

VideoOnly is the ONLY place I recommend for electronics to friends and family. The service you receive from actual knowledgeable staff stands out from big box stores.

They also have the lowest prices.

Most people don’t realize that most other electronics retailers are selling old models from previous model years. VideoOnly might be the only place in Eugene or Springfield that sells current model year TV and audio equipment.

They have great sale prices right on their website that are like Black Friday all the time.

The staff will even tell you the truth if you’re buying a bad model or the low quality version of something and will walk you through differences.

Give them a shot! I have seriously never left there disappointed.

We had the best experience at Video Only today. After looking at TV’s at Costco, we decided to run across the street and see if they had a larger selection. The salesman helped us immediately and answered all of our questions. His knowledge of A/V was vast and impressive. Thank you Garrett for all of your help, we will definitely be back. Oh and by the way…we even spent less than we would have at Costco and purchased a higher end product. Give them a try!
