Took my sewing machine in for a fix. Agreed to a full service then tech pointed out I could do the $15 for 15 min version. Fixed it in a few minutes. Also had the walking foot I wanted in stock & showed me how to install it. Had the cord in stock for my treadle machine too! Outstanding repair person, very fast & knowledgeable, asked for confirmation from boss on one detail. Incredibly nice, toted my machine for me. I thought I'd have to leave the machine a few days; I was home with it in half an hour. OUTSTANDING.
