Vinny's Paisans, Medford OR

I really wanted to like this place. I ordered margherita pizza. When I took a first bite, my mouth was filled with extreme saltiness and acrid taste of raw garlic chunks. It was just inedible. I did noticed lots of fresh basil and good tomatoey flavor, but they could not shine through strong raw garlic flavor and salt.
At first, I thought It was just me, but I read other reviews here and I am not the only one.
I might go here again to check out their pasta menu, but never again for pizza.

This place was amazing from the owners down to each staff member. The tables set beautifully and make you feel like you are part of this family this felt so inviting, but the best part was the food ranked right up with the top notch staff. I ordered baked tortellini absolutely never had anything better this hit the spot. The dish comes out of the kitchen still bubbling with melted mozzarella and the smell of fresh garlic. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing restaurant! Food was amazing and Derek our server was so kind and considerate! This is a great place for a very special date!

Outstanding cozy family owned authentic Italian restaurant now in Albertson's shopping center corner of Barnet & North Phoenix road.next to Bambu. Pleasant ambiance, modest prices, owner Vinny and his Son are usually in the kitchen, Vinny's wife taking orders and dispensing smiles at the counter.

The authentic sauces are deep and rich with flavor. Tasty spaghetti marinara special for lunch ($9.95 as of 8/23/18) is a large portion with warm slices of baguette. I usually buy one meal for lunch and one to take home.then add a pack of mixed frozen veggies.divide in two ziplocks or Corningware containers.and freeze for inexpensive "emergency" late night meals. Paisan's pizza and ravoli are excellent too. Recommended.

Vinny's food is simply delish! We had take out on Saturday (lasagna and baked tortellini) and the Guido pizza and tiramisu tonight. I can't wait to dine-in when restaurants are open again!

True authentic Italian matched only by Piazza Italiano in Portland. Some of the best food I've ever had. Reminiscence of our time in Italy.

My family is a true New York style pizza family! Since moving back to Southern Oregon, we have tried every pizza place in hopes of finding the perfect pizza. And tonight.we did just that! This is definitely going to be our go to place! Thank you for making the best pies!

Vinny's Paisans has the best Italian food in the valley.the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with everything.

My wife and me enjoyed our experience at their restaurant. Their pizzas are one of the best in town. The restaurants ambience is amazing, very friendly staff too. They kept their restaurant open longer just to allow us to finish.

I’ve lived in Medford for nearly 30 years and currently study at RCC, Paisans is by far the best place for good food when your on a student budget!

Crazy good pizza. Classic New York style. Thin chewy crust. The small Pepperoni's that get curled up when you cook them. The pizza grease. Highly recommend.

Called for catering job for crater vet to thank their staff for their exceptional vet work. Vinni was very professional on menu for lunch, easy, wasn't there yet all delivered on time and enjoyed by all the staff.
