Virtual Supply reviews
5This is such a great company! I have been dealing with Virtual Supply for over a year now and it has been such a great experience. The work environment is pleasant and the employees are awesome. I’m a vendor for this business and it is truly one of the best relationships I have with my clients. Anytime I come in to visit everyone is very welcoming as well as helpful. Not to mention they have some of the coolest work spaces I’ve seen for their employees. If you are looking to do business with this company I highly recommend them. Also, if you are looking for a great place to work I would recommend them as well. Thanks for being such a great partner Virtual Supply.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Virtual Supply as a service provider over the years. Working with them has been amazing, some of the brightest and most skilled professionals in the industry. Solid company offering amazing 3PL services as well as manufacture representation. The products they represent and ship are some of the highest quality on the marketplace. Looking forward to our continued partnership for years to come!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. We purchased a Deerbot 960 robot vacuum from them via Amazon. This machine would NOT hold its programming and would get completely lost and have to be reprogrammed constantly. The vendor would not listen or accept it back, even though Amazon tried to work with them (we think, because they aren't always honest either). Amazon had us send it back, saying they would work with the seller, it was refused and returned to us. This is disgusting and dishonest. I hope you enjoy my hard earned money whie we are stuck with a piece if junk. /////// Further to the response below.that's an outright lie as we have been down that road as well with no help whatsoever regarding the manufacturer's warranty.
I purchased a rebuild ARRIS modem from them. When I contacted Comcast to set up device, they said I could not do it because modem was registered already to someone in NJ. It was never deactivated. Now what?
