They make it so easy and simple to get new glasses. Luckily my insurance covers most of my stuff but the staff really make a difference. It’s very welcoming and they’re so helpful. Thank you for such a smooth process and I will be coming back next year.

I broke my glasses earlier this month while driving through Eugene.this branch and the people working there were so helpful. They helped me find another pair of glasses to fit my lenses.it was one of the best retail experiences i have had in a long time.i would highly suggest using their services.

I broke my glasses and came in. Theron and Carolyn were so helpful they were able to fix them in 15 min with no charge. They also let me pick out a free glasses case. I had a great experience here.

I received not only the best customer service but it made finding the perfect glasses so Easy. Everyone there made it an excellent experience. The O. D Natalia Dohman and the staff at Pacific Eye group inside Vision works was fabulous. And then the staff and my helpful associate (I think her name was Carolyn) was so helpful she was excellent at what she does and really left me feeling excited to get my new glasses she actually picked out my favorite pair that I may not have considered. She gives such good feedback on why the glasses will be better than others for the fit and look of your face.

Thank you for making something I had put off so much better. Well worth the money and time, this is my second pair and second appt in 3 years there it was great the first time but these individuals made it even better!

The ladies who work here are very nice and patient. They took the time to make sure I understood what my insurance covered and what I would pay out of pocket. They helped me decide what frames would work best for my needs and helped me pick a style that suited me. The doctor is very patient and friendly

My mom fell and broke her glasses. The people here were very kind and helpful when it came to getting that taken care of.

Normally I am very hesitant about going into vision stores because the process always feels harder than it has to be. The two associates that helped me today made my visit so pleasant and my day was made. Highly recommend this location for all your vision needs.

Finally, an eyeglass store that really cares about their clients. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. For the first time in my life, I'm excited about wearing new glasses.

I highly recommend Visionworks. I was so impressed with Tiffany. She helped both my teenage son and young daughter get glasses. She was sweet, funny and very professional. We will definitely be going back! Thank you Tiffany for taking the time to make us feel important. You are truly a rockstar!

Visionworks just isn't the shop it used to be. They're really being let down by corporate management. They no longer have a glasses lab in house, can't seem to keep an optometrist on staff, and no longer sell high-index bifocals. They also have, by far, the worst customer phone system I've ever dealt with. There's no way to contact a human. This was one of the best glasses shops in Eugene, but no longer has all the features I used to love.
