I have been with Visiting Angels for a few months now. I have been a caregiver for many years. My experience at Visiting Angels has been the best I can say I have ever had with an agency. It is a pleasure to work with a place the is so professional and caring.

I first became acquainted with Visiting Angels when my mom was admitted to a memory care facility in late 2019. I deeply appreciated the advice and resources Visiting Angels offered me while my mom was in memory care. I was comforted knowing that caregivers from Visiting Angels could augment the care that the facility was able to provide. But Covid hit shortly thereafter and outside caregivers were no longer allowed inside the facility. Sadly, my mom passed away in early 2021. About a year and a half later, I was hired to work in the office of Visiting Angels and have had the privilege to see firsthand the professionalism, quality control, careful selection process, and the genuine kindness Visiting Angels staff members provide to care recipients and their families. I worked for Visiting Angels in Albany for 8 years. It was one of the best and most rewarding jobs I ever had. The owner and staff are great people to work with and I made many friends during my time with them.
