Waldport Ace Hardware reviews
16 Wow this little Ace Hardware had everything we needed!
Thanks.
I love the stores in small towns they stock everything.
We needed an RV septic pipe, in stock!
The employees are the rudest, most unhelpful and lazy bunch I've ever seen. Every time I visit, I get attitude from them, rather than a simple answer to my question, and I've never been taken to where a product is, even though there are multiple guys lazing about the register, and I'm the only person in the store. Ace hardware is a good store, just not this branch! The two in Lincoln city are awesome!
They were terrible they tried to rip me off when I exchanged two items back to the store here in waldport I will never go back screwe the freaking employees that work there
Unbelievably rude, prices outrageous, terrible attitude of all who "work" there.but mostly they do not. AVOID.
With the change of ownership the place has a new positive vibe going on. Wendy the manager is running a awesome crew of people who are knowledgeable and good at what they do.
Was passing through and remembered I. We’d some electrical supplies for a job I was heading to down the road. The folks at the register were pleasant and helpful and they had everything I needed.
New Owner! Great service. Waldport is lucky to have a hardware store like this. They have a very good level of stock, especially paint.
The owner of this store could use a another job, because he is LOUSEY at this one. The other employees were helpful. Very young. Had to really try to get their attention
They do a very good job of helping people and they're a friendly small town hardware store.
This is an incredibly weird store. The associates are friendly and nice, I'm guessing the strangeness comes from the owner. Someone writes the price on every single nut and bolt with a sharpie, that must take hours upon hours, maybe they don't trust customers. Second of all for the past year they have been hoarding ammo, saying you can't buy it unless you buy a firearm. That is logical, but when they have ammo that they don't have guns for it doesn't make sense. Other stores set some boxes aside in the back for gun purchasing customers, not out front. I guess the ammo is just there to look at, like a museum.
Didn’t find what I was looking for (a rotary tool/Dremel) but I looked online before hand and knew they likely didn’t have one. I did find another tool I thought would work, but didn’t. Very friendly service, but I think their register may have been malfunctioning or is just a bit old and slow.
Awesome store. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont have it, they'll order it. If they can't order it, they'll tell you where you can get it.
These folks are the Best, ordered a Generator online and they shined.
It was a time sensitive order, got it on time and undamaged. You guys made it look easy. Great Job
Buy local!
There’s a good selection of tools, rv and gardening supplies. Prices can be high on some things but it is a small town hardware store so that’s to be expected. You have to ask for help if you need it, in my experience.
I went in the hardware store and bought some stuff. I walked straight to it 'cause the signs are good.
That lady “manager” is something else. Rude answering simple product and price questions, showed no customer service skills not just to me but all the person before me. Store was not busy to be rattled. Kinda questions how she became the “manager”. All the other staff I talked to, helped me happily to find what I was looking for. I would give a fat 0 if I can ONLY because of the lady. I’d rather shop at Copeland.
