Walgreens, Beaverton OR

Our experience was a bit frustrating. We had some scripts transferred there because it was a 24° store. There were insurance issues (we are used to that part) but the lady trying to help us was likely new because she couldn’t figure any of it out. The second tech that helped us was great and knowledgeable. We made the mistake of going through the drive through on a Saturday at 7pm. It appeared that one person was running the window and the drive through. So we waited 45 min for 3 cars ahead of us to go. Understaffing and poor training are our biggest complaints. And we visit Walgreens stores all over the country.

Terrible customer service! Waited an hour for my medication just to find out they did nothing. This place also does not know how to bill your insurance properly and will give you the run-around. Will never return to this location!

I have now gone twice, waited in line an obscene amount of time, just for them to say they don’t have my birth control pills that have been sent to them TWICE. The first time I was told it was not eligible for refills and the second time they just said they didn’t have it.

But they can easily give me my muscle relaxer prescription. Go figure.

Edit: just went a third time & now they just don’t have it in stock.

My review of the reviews of Walgreen Pharmacies in the areas convenient for me suggest I should look for other stores!

They really need to close this location. The wait time at pharmacy drive through is 30+ minutes and management and staff are not friendly.

Guys, I had my favorite racist experience here. Like, I’m not even being sarcastic with the five stars, it’s my favorite racist encounter of all time, and I grew up in the Deep South. The woman at the counter was a seasoned racist, seriously love her 10/10 would recommend

My neighborhood drug-store. Never had a problem here and they're usually fast going through the prescription drive-through lanes.

The store itself is nice but always short staffed at checkout and the employees don't seem to care how long you wait.

1st visit pharmacy was very rude because I didn't call in first and they had to prepare them while I waited. I was nothing but polite and my doctor had said they sent it in to be prepared that day. I didnt mind the wait, but didnt appreciate the rudeness. 2nd visit I called in and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. I came in 2 hours later and had to wait an hour for them to be filled because no work had been done to fill them yet.

Bought an Arizona bottle of tea for 1.10$

knowing that I could return the plastic bottle and get ten cents back. Drank the tea and noticed that I cant return the bottle in this state, only in Maine and Hawaii.

This walgreens is a scam

Very unprofessional team. Spent 3 hours to get medication bacause nobody in team members now how to call to insurance company.

So glad they're a 24hr pharmacy.so irritated they seem to be the only one in all of WA county.the pharmacy was fast & friendly, very smooth.unfortunately for me I got the wrong aisle on the way out & a 2lb bag of redvines tripped me & made me buy it & eat the whole thing this weekend.ah good times LOL.

This is the only location in the area that is open 24/7 which is nice if you have a need for a prescription and/or snack at all hours of the day and night. The location is easy to see from the road.

This place has saved me more than once in a late night panic. Could use some serious cash register help. There's a few really slow ones that create long lines quickly but if thats the price for some late night Pepto or energy drink then I guess thats what you gotta do.

I had the most horrible experience in this store with the manager (mark) he was very very rude. He screamed at me and treated me so bad.

Never a good experience at this location. Avoid at all cost. Pharmacists was making fun of people dying and how he was making people wait and that he didn't care because he wasn't the one waiting. Time to transfer!

My wife was 5 mins late for her appointment at the clinic.they refused to help her even thoigh no one else was waiting.
Will not be returning!

Not like other walgreens. Consistently rude. Asks for id before and after pickup. Won't accept va I'd as identification. Charges outrageous price for Allegra D because it contains sudafed and insurance won't cover it.

Just aweful. May times they have been on narcotics lockdown. They must be in trouble from the dea.

The pharmacist named Anthony T. In this Walgreens is rude and not very helpful. I had a basic question for him regarding my meds but he did not finish my question and assumed an answer and was abrupt dismissing me. I will never going back to this Walgreens to fill out my prescription. Very poor customer service.

I tried to go to the pharmacy, but they don't accept my insurance. They told me where I could go instead, which was very nice!

The rest of the store is clean enough and seems like any other walgreens. The customer service wasn't great, but I was just buying a gum.
