The staff are great, but this Walgreens, like all of the Walgreens I’ve been to in various cities, are understaffed. In addition the website says 48 hour results for a CoVid PCR test and two hours for a NAAT CoVid test, but that is not the case. Got a PCR on a Saturday. Now I’m told that it will be 72 hours starting Monday morning, because tests aren’t shipped out on the weekends. When I asked about the “2 hour NAAT test, I was told results take 24 hours. This, in addition to incredibly long refill times, mistakes, and incredibly long lines has forced me to take my business elsewhere. Goodbye Walgreens!

This pharmacy's hours are very inconsistent. Their drive-thru window moves extremely slow and I usually have to wait at least a day for them to even fill my prescription, so if you need your medication in a somewhat timely manner, I would suggest going to another pharmacy.

Specifically want here for GoodRx pricing & told them that at beginning. But came back hours later & they did not honor their agreement with GoodRX plus had to wait a long time since they said I “changed the billing” even though cash pay. Waste of time and money. Grrrr

Update: This Walgreens did not process my NAAT test, even though they are billing my insurance.
The most stressed out and toxic pharmacy I've ever been too. You can hear the employees yelling at each other. The tension is so high that very simple questions are met with emotional outbursts, confusion, repeated questions and talking over customers. Don't go. There are other places and these people need a break. It's bad

This is the worst of the worst. 15 people working the counter, all very rude and have no clue what they are dooing. Highly recommend not using this pharmacy.

It’s all about timing. Most of the staff I would say are absolutely amazing. Especially the cashiers! The hard part is the pharmacy - it can take 30-45 mins in the drive through if there is 2+ cars… I’d say you’re better off going inside 75% of the time.

Either way, the pharmacy always seem understaffed, which leads to some of them seemingly having some attitudes. There’s one guy who always has a smile and I’m always happy when he’s the one helping me, he’s pretty opposite of a lot of the other ones in the afternoon

There’s one that is consistently in a bad frame of mind and did not appreciate me rejecting a prescription pickup that would have cost me $150. She did not, in fact, do the proper procedure of canceling the prescription and restocking it back. I got a call later in the week about needing to pick them up or they would be restocked… I informed her that I had rejected it and she was surprised because there was nothing in the system reflecting that.

I used to love this Walgreens but now they are so busy and lack of professionalism is out the window. When pharmacy technician Barbara who doesn’t have time to put items in the bag cuz she is so busy with the fact that I stood in line for 45 mins to pick up my prescriptions. She hands u the bag and she says she doesn’t have time to put my items in the bag. How rude is that.

Even though I live closest to this location, I still fill my prescriptions at other Walgreens. Their service is horrible and I’ve had many problems with my (and my families) prescriptions here. They always have an excuse.my favorite is the: “I don’t know why that happened, must have been an issue with the computers”! You would think that if you are managing peoples health care through the system, maybe get it fixed!
All jokes aside, this store really needs to be better staffed/managed.

The LabCorp facility here is unhelpful and unprofessional. They opened half an hour late, messed up everyone’s appointments, and then wouldn’t help to rectify them. Instead they blamed us and said to come back another time. They almost cost me my job, I was here for a preemployment drug screening. The woman working there literally did not care.

The girls that work here are so sweet and helpful! The super model chick is the best! She’s always very kind and always brightens my day!
Have to give them for being open on Christmas since our boys got sick and needed otc meds quick!
Photo center is very fast and efficient. We order tons of prints for our business and they never disappoint!

The staff that works here are always so genuine, caring, and helpful; it's very unfortunate the pharmacy staff are the exact opposite. I genuinely believe the only requirement that has to be met in order to work at this pharmacy is to be the most condescending, miserable, and unnecessarily rude person. These people have no regard for anyone's health or wellbeing besides their own. On multiple occasions I have been asked questions regarding my prescriptions that are not professional nor their business not to mention they have also made me feel ashamed of the medication I am on. Each pharmacist goes by different rules when refilling prescriptions so it's never certain when/if your prescription will be filled. Overall TERRIBLE STAFF, not sure how they still have any service. Just switched to Rite Aid down the street, and couldn't have had a better experience!

Pharmacy is closed outside hours on phone answering service, prescriptions can take days to be filled, and the staff is rude. Honestly, go anywhere else, this company clearly does not care about its staff or customer experience.

The pharmacy staff (including the pharmacist) are AWFUL. So unkind and rude. I was hung up on for asking very normal questions about my prescriptions. They were also WRONG about the details of my prescription and my insurance. I called my normal Walgreens location and they were able to answer my questions calmly and politely and gave me the FACTS. My experience at the Lake Oswego Walgreens Pharmacy is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever received.

If you’re one of the employees and reading this - you need to understand that your job is important. If you don’t possess the skills or capacity to do your job well (and with a smile on your face) then you need to switch careers. This job is not for you. Anything Medical related requires compassion and patience. And the people you’ve hurt, myself and those commenting below, you owe an apology to.

This Walgreens cares not for those with anxiety disorders. I had to pick up some items and prescriptions and was majorly triggered by the people sitting all over the place waiting for vaccines. I couldn't go through the drive through due to vision impairment and my needs inside the store. The large numbers of people triggered an anxiety attack for me. I called afterwards to kindly let the pharmacy know about this issue and was coldly told that I can use the drive thru. I can't see and needed other items. How should I use the drive through? Why work in healthcare if you don't care about peoples needs? This was a disgusting experience.

I needed a Tdap vaccine update on short notice, but wasn't injured enough for an urgent care, so I scheduled here. The online scheduling was super easy, the staff here got my paperwork done fast, and the pharmacy employees who checked me in and the one who did the injection were all so kind and helpful. I have a lot of anxiety around needles and the tech who did my injection made it super easy and chatted with me to keep me distracted which helped a lot. I had always remembered the Tdap one stinging quite a bit, but I've had mosquito bites worse than this one, barely felt it this time. Thank you so much!
