The old guy that works at the photo section, ignores everyone, takes his time, not even polite to say I'll be there in a minute, then he walks out. It took almost an hour to get my passport photos.

5pm Went to return item, after waiting in line 30 mins bc a man needed change for a hundred cashier didnt have it at 5: 30pm the man found correct change, cashier still could not do it he said bc he entered the 100 already. Then they told me i was 3 days late on my return. They gave me a card with store credit. I waited in line again after the next 2 customers also had issues with there purchases. I got a pack of cigs. $4 sm pack cheese, $4 life savers, $2 soda. $20 nope cant buy cigs now on the card even though it was paid for with cash. Every single time i come here it takes close to 2 hours for a 10min.transaction. This is the last time they will waste more time in my life.

My husband went yesterday to get he’s medicine and have to pay for full price because they didn’t want to call insurance and verified he’s benefits.

Eh. I've never run a pharmacy, but maybe more than one person processing prescriptions could speed up the process? I waited an hour on a weekday after I was told it would be 20 minutes. I suppose I won't know if you improve, Walgreens. I'll take my prescriptions elsewhere.

I just went in and tried to make a return for an item I bought with my digital receipt in my email and they tried to give me a gift card. I showed them my order on the app and the product was not used it had only been a week and eligible for returns within 30 days. They couldn’t figure out how to help me without a physical copy of my receipt. They need more training on how to make returns when an item was purchased via the the app and picked up on curbside.

Just awful system. You stay in the line to place an order and then again to pick it up. They take over half an hour to put a couple pills in a container. Go figure!

Does not honor coupons. My mother in law went here today because she had a coupon that was expiring soon. She followed all the directions on the coupon and the manager would not honor it (she acted like she didn't care).

Slow at drive thru i switched from fred meyers because at that time the male pharmacist was on top of everything and great at speedy service. Last few months new staff that are very slow and don’t acknowledge you at the drive thru. They look like zombies working there.

The pharmacy is closed on weekends.terrible if u need a refill on weekends and can’t get it earlier. I am moving all my prescriptions.
Prescriptions are frequently not ready when promised.very poorly managed.

One hour wait for a non Covid vaccine from time of my appointment with very low traffic the whole time. I would understand if we were a walk-in or they were busy.

Partial refill after calling in order ahead of time. Came in next day, pharmacy said 10-15mins. Came back hour and a half later, said they still hadn't started refill.

Please be really aware of your prescriptions! I dropped off mine at the drive thru, gave them my info and even insurance card, The woman said she would call in couple hours when it’s ready? No call? I went back two days later and they have no idea where my prescription went? Even my information was missing? I am still trying to find out the woman who helped me, I am asking for them to review cameras because if it happens once it happens many times, I think this woman stole my information and prescription, Walgreens did go ahead and fill it right away which was nice but, it’s very unprofessional to mess with or lose people’s medication!

They were not able to fulfill my whole photo order, which is fine, things happen. But both the male associate and female manager were quite rude to me this evening and acted like they couldn’t wait to get me out of the store. I’m always kind and respectful as a customer and these two did not reciprocate that at all. If they really hate people that much then they shouldn’t be working in customer service.

The time they open/close doesn't match what it says online. I arrived at 10am (along with other people) for the pharmacy. Everything was locked and closed. I went and asked when they open and was told 11am. All it takes is someone updating what time they open online. There are people now sitting inside of Walgreens waiting for them to open. I find it unprofessional to not open on time. Every job I've had in customer service, we always made sure to open on time. I've had poor experiences here other than today in the photo department and long lines at the checkout. I've also noticed a few times they closed the main front doors early. It's frustrating!

They handed my my mother’s prescriptions and I notice they were missing one. I asked and got an oh yeah we are out. They were going to let me drive away without all my prescriptions. They told me to go somewhere else to get the meds. I ask can you call one of your other locations? No. They say. Can you get me a list? Yes. Ok great. I get the list and go to the next Walgreens. We can’t fill that for you because the first Walgreens hasn’t released the prescription. ARE YOU KIDDING!

Look, I am sympathetic to the fact that a lot of employers are short staffed and busy; however this Walgreens doesn't lack staff, it lacks customer service and communication. Ordered a 24 hour photo product with an estimated pick up time of 930am, didn't get an email till 1130am that it was ready - not a big deal. I arrived at 1245 to pick up my order and was told that it actually was NOT ready and that they needed to get a manager to put the frame together. After the manager arrives he tells me, that it'll take another 30 minutes to put it together. As my order is a birthday gift that I need for that day, I decide to wait for it. After waiting almost 30 minutes the manager comes to tell me they don't even have the product/frame I ordered. Why is that just now being communicated? Why was that not checked before asking me wait? I am not only only late to my event, I have no gift. This really should've been an easy resolution of just communicating and being on top of your customer service. Unfortunately, this Walgreens has neither, so do yourself a favor and go to the more competent ones.
