Pharmacy staff was 15 minutes late returning from lunch, when then opening was told they were too busy to give a flu shot.

Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Don’t shop here specially if you are using coupons. Me and my husband just got called a scammer and committing fraud. We are not even using any coupons. Can you believe it? ! And Michelle called the cops on us and got asked to leave the store for shopping there. How ridiculous was that? ! @walgreenscorporate needs to fix this.

Always at least 30 minutes wait for even the simplest of antibiotics

I'm surprised reading these reviews. Does everyone think that they are the only one filling a prescription in this city? Every script that I don't call in ahead for the pharmacy is swamped. The whole time I wait the pharmacy staff is answering phone calls, filling scripts, ringing up customers, and manning the drive thru. Sometimes I don't get a person smiling ear to ear, but they're constantly being yelled at by people like the ones complaining on these reviews. It's sad. I waited much longer at Walmart.

Here's my first and last experience in this store. Long lines, poor customer service, lost prescription. Not going back

Understaffed. You'll often walk in and find absolutely nobody working because the one and only person on duty is on break or something. Also, the store can be an absolute mess sometimes because there simply aren't enough workers to clean up.

There is absolutely nothing here you can't get at the nearby Target or Safeway pharmacies, so save yourself some time and go there instead.

Terribly slow. I was told 45 minutes. I go back in after an hour of waiting and it told its not ready and it'll be at least 20 minutes. So 90 minutes later it gets filled. Worthless. Worst location I've been too. They don't this before and apparently just don't care to quote accurate times.

You know what really cuts down on Walgreens complaints? Clearing the form by failing to allow the selection of a store. When you call they just transfer you and abandon you on the line. So I have a complaint about a prescription that went unfilled.but who cares about that after 4 attempts to complain?

PATHETIC IDIOTS! They CONSTANTLY get prescriptions wrong and blame it on the doctor. My doctor is not happy with them for this either. They close the pharmacy entirely during lunch. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable for a big box store! The pharmacists are rude. The help working beside them is incompetent. I've had to go without pills that I need more than once because these idiots screwed up the prescriptions and blamed it on the doctor during the weekend.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Closed for 45 min every day so they can all go to lunch together. What is that about? A lot of folks try to use their lunch break to get scripts filled. Bad attitude towards customers, as.if we are a nuisance.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Under staffed, unprofessional, and unhelpful in every possible way! Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

I really enjoy the big scary lady that works on wednesday nights and saturday morning in the photo department.she was very helpful and never plays games on her phone in the back.her manager, i think its mechelle, is extremely friendly and not rude at all.

My prescription had been placed at the wrong state by my Dr. They found it, quickly filled it fast, and did it all while I was in the drive-through. It only took about five minutes, and they were pleasant and helpful. We are moving our business here from a Safeway in town that never fills on time, and several days after placing the order when we went to pick up the meds the work had not been done. They then made us wait another twenty minutes. So far a much nicer experience at Walgreens.
